Hello! My name is Nai and this is the first Yor Best Body Challenge I've taken on this year. This challenge was different from my past challenges because of a few life style changes I've made.
First I recently decided to become a Pescatarian (person who don't eat meat but does eat fish) on my transition to a vegetarian in the future. I've decided to make this lifestyle change because through YOR Health I've became interested and learn so much about living a healthier life. The YOR Health products especially the YOR Shake has help me tremendously on my Pescatarian journey because I really don't like to eat fish, so I was limited to shellfish, veggies, tofu, grain protein sources. The YOR Shake definitely help feed my body with the nutrients it craved.
Second I wanted to start lifting more in my workouts-before I would do cardio, some lower body workout, core and focus very little on my upper body but with very little to no weight besides my body weight because I was afraid of becoming a female hulk lol! I was unaware and naive with that thought but now I fell in love with weights. I feel so much more stronger and confident about my body.
And thirdly for the first time I incorporated in the Yor Muscle Energy in my diet regimen. Again being naive I avoided YOR Muscle Energy because I didn't feel it was a product for me. I was afraid I won't be able to train hard enough to properly use it. I had it sitting in my room for a while and I finally decided to utilize it and oh boy! I LOVE it!! I felt a big difference in the way my body feels and recover. I couldn't believe what I've been missing out! New found love for sure!

Wake up: 2 probiotic 1 repair
Gym: 1 complete burn 1/2 serving of YorShake
Breakfast-YorShake+Muscle energy 2 Vitamins
Lunch: 1 complete burn, 2 vitamins & 2 digestive with meal
Snack: Supergreen & fiber with fruits, nuts, or salad
Dinner: meal, 2 digestive & 2 vitamin
Bedtime: 2 probiotic & 1 repair
Coming into this challenge I weight 110.4 pounds and my goal was to get to 108, but as I weighed in this morning I was off by a tad bit at 108.2 pounds :( but overall I'm very happy with my results because I'm proud that I was able to finish this challenge and can't wait to finally get my Guru tee :D
