Hi my name is Mauricio Gonzalez from Guadalajara Mexico currently living in San Antonio.
This is my second challenge and I knew it was going to get harder going on vacations and having some time off, but I was still able to reach my goal weight going down from 218 to 201 lbs.

I decided to continue my second cycle challenge to keep me motivated towards my ideal weight at 178 lbs. It really helps to keep track and record all of your accomplishments and it keeps you motivated with everyone else joining the challenge.

I didn't have any major challenges going towards this weight loss and healthy lifestyle, although I did have to change my routine a couple of times to keep striving for results.

Honestly, the weight loss felt great but more so it is the feeling of being healthy and physically active which makes this challenge worth the 8 weeks without a doubt.

I'm currently using most of the Yor healths products as that really helped me to win my first challenge and stock up on Yor health products which was amazing.
I started each day with 1 probiotic ultra and 1 repair ultra upon rising from bed.

At 8;30 I would take my Yor health MRP along with the fiber.

At 10;00 I would have my super slim and afterwards before breakfast I would take my digest ultra enzyme.

I would have my super slim at 1 pm and my digest ultra at 1;45 pm before having lunch. At 4:00 pm I would take my Yor super greens with some orange juice and some drops of the peppermint oil.

I would take Yor berry blast around 5:30 pm before exercising and post workout I would have my second MRP shake of the day.

I would repeat the same cycle for dinner with my super slim and ultra digest before eating.

I just ordered the purple organic set with the oils and I'm going to try them out for my next challenge. I can't wait to see the benefits of that as well.
I also drank a lot of water to keep me hydrated.

I exercise 3-4 times a week with body weight training and cardio roughly 2-3 times a day depending on my routine changes with always 1day for rest.

I think these challenges have made such a big impact on my lifestyle and where I want to go down the road living a healthy lifestyle. It has definitely kept me focus on my goal and motivated to fulfill my ideal weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I am really grateful for all the good healthy benefits the Yor health community and company has brought to my overall life.
