all jokes aside; I did actually just work out to get a better looking body. Ofcourse I care about my health but being a typical kid of my generation I am too obsessed with good looks.

It is the horrible truth that one is not supposed to confess but eventhou I do care about being healthy, it is not MOTIVATION enough for me. It is the superficial things that
- Gives faster results
- Gives positive enforcement
- Keeps me going

I have always been lasy at the gym and on top of that I have a sweet tooth. Seeing changes in my health has never been motivation enough because it takes too long time. Noticing changes in the way your body looks comes faster, but I used to say that there is no quick fix, just hard work and then you still gotta give it time; So changes with the body I used to account for should take at least a year.

I have never experienced the same kind of results as I've gotten with Yor Health, not even close to it.

CHANGES to my body happened within a week, what usually would be taking me at least 3 months. Seing changes on my body gave me the positive enforcment that I needed to stay motivated.


From day 1 of starting taking the products I did notice a differenece also in my energy levels, mood and how I felt. I replaced my breakfast with a mix of protein powder, berry blast, fiber, super greens and a drop of lemon oil. It keeps me going all day and I don't get too hungry. On top of that it tastes good.

Before going to bed I always take yor repair so I never get sore muscles from the gym and after every meal I take digest ultra. It is such a small thing but makes such a huge difference!!!

I do admit that I've only sleept about 5 hours a night during this cycle, and for the last 2 weeks I didn't work out and I had cake very often too. But to be honest it was a test. To test and see how using the products could help me get results faster than I usually would have even thou I was cheating with all aspects that leeds to a better body and health, ergo sleeping - eating and working out.
