Participating in the 8 week challenge has dramatically improved my confidence and belief in myself. I am someone who is very vein, and I love to look my best. Whenever I don't feel I'm at my best, it really takes a toll on my confidence level. Before I would workout hard for a week, then slow down for two or three weeks and be back to where I started. This would really affect my motivation and drive.

Beginning this challenge in January has really pushed my limits to continue a steady dedication to my workouts and regimen. I am someone who loves a challenge, and this really gave me the motivation to work hard consistently.

The products I used during the 8 weeks to get to my final weight & results are Chocolate and Vanilla MRP, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Berry Blast, YOR Fiber Plus, YOR Essential Vitamin, YOR Digest Ultra, and YOR Repair Ultra. In addition to eating healthy.

I took MRP 2x a day, SuperGreens at least 1/2x a day, Berry Blast at 1/2x a day (one before workouts), Fiber Plus 2x a day, Essential Vitamins 2/3x a day, Digest Ultra with every meal, and Repair Ultra 2x a day (morning & night).

During the 8 Week Challenge, I stayed consistent training 3-4x a week. Because I'm in the Sculpt challenge, my goal is to gain muscle, endurance, and lean mass. it's important for me to train hard, and also rest well.

The challenge impacted me greatly because it's allowed me to tap into my fullest potential and maximize my strength, endurance, and muscle gains within the 8 Week time frame. On days where I thought about skipping, I pushed myself to go in drank a Berry Blast, and had amazing workouts. I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment for staying consistent on my training goals. Also, sharing this challenge with others has united my family and friends for a common cause.

Helping others get healthy is my life purpose. Several years ago, I saw my grandparents who were very dear to me decline rapidly in their health. Diabetes, heart disease, and kidney failure were some of the many struggles we fought together. These hospital visit experiences really tested my strength and courage. I learned how to become a father to my grandfather. There's a saying, once an adult, twice a child. These trials and tribulations have set me on a path of helping others maximize their lives beginning with their health.

Now, after completing the first ever 8 week challenge cycle, I feel happy and looking forward to continue sharing this amazing system with others. Thank you YOR Health for this opportunity to maximize my health, help others do the same, and feel truly fulfilled and happy.
