I have had a weight problem a good portion of my “adult” life. Various diets have worked in the short term however I have invariably gained back what I lost and more. This past winter my weight ballooned to an all time high – 445 pounds. I was barely functional. I would go to work, come home and crash on the couch and not move until bed. Walking was becoming very difficult and I had great difficulty getting off the couch due to my size. When out, I would park the car as close as I could to my destination to shorten the walk. Emotionally, I was defeated. I had to tell my 4 year old son “NO” all the time because daddy had limitations that wouldn’t allow him to play catch or walk to the swings. I couldn’t get down on the floor and play as I was too heavy to get myself back up. It also affected my family as a whole as when home, I was often sleeping around the clock. I had overheard my son’s karate instructor, Justin, speaking about some awesome products that were making huge changes in people’s health. I approached him and his face lit up and he said “I’ve been waiting for you! I can help you….” We didn’t actually connect to get started for several weeks. In the interim, I hit “rock bottom”. A family weekend “away” turned into a miserable experience as my chronic bad back and inability to walk left me unable to enjoy the weekend. At a visit to the Aquarium, the walk in from the parking lot tapped out my energy. I spent the rest of the day moving from bench to bench. My little boy repeatedly came up to me “come over here daddy and see the seals” or “daddy, come see Nemo”. Telling him no and reading the disappointment in his face was tearing me apart. As fate, or in this case, “intuition” would have it, Justin called in the midst of or forgettable weekend to say he was having a get together that evening. I resolved to go and see what it was all about. It was the best decision that I ever made. I purchased the “Slim Set” and saw immediate results. The weight came off quickly, my energy immediately increased and I WAS ABLE TO GET OFF THE COUCH!! The Yor Health products are very easy to take and the shakes are delicious. I use the MRP’s to replace breakfast and lunch daily and work in a sensible snack and dinner. The other products – the Digest Ultra and the Complete Burn also give the added confidence that success is within your grasp. It couldn’t be easier to follow the program. I have felt a wonderful sense of support from the Company. I have actively journaled on the challenge site and have received some wonderful feedback from the community that has kept me motivated and moving forward. Justin has been an awesome ambassador for the Company always- providing support, tips on use of the products, motivation and comraderie. We have challenge team events and have built a family that looks out for each other. Additionally, we formed a walking group that meets 3 nights a week and averages walking 1.5 to 2 miles a night. I wouldn’t have thought that possible 8 weeks ago! I took the Repair Ultra morning and night which allowed me to continue to push even on nights when my back was acting up. The weight loss has been consistent and dramatic and the success breeds desire for more success. Additionally, I never realized that my “digestive health” was impaired until use of the products showed me what real health was all about. It’s amazing, I haven’t felt this good in years and am under 400 pounds for the first time in almost 10 years!! I have also added the “Berry Blast” which has given me even more energy. I had wonderful results in my first 8 week challenge with 62 pounds lost!! My blood pressure and cholesterol are down significantly which pleased my MD. The same MD that was recommending blood pressure medication and bariatric surgery 3 short months ago. My energy is up and I look forward to taking on my second 8 week challenge! I may be different than a lot of challengers as based on where I started, my long term goals are not achieveable in one or two cycles. As such, knowing that I have a product that works and a support system in place gives me the confidence that I can achieve my long term goals and makes the process less daunting. I will be healthy, I will continue to lose weight until I hit my final goal. “YES” Paulie we can go see Nemo, we can play on the swings or play catch and “quality time” has returned to the family.
