Hello Everyone!
My name is Jenny. Before the challenge, I fell off track and went back to my bad eating habits. I ate unhealthy food and gained a lot of pounds. I didn’t feel good internally and externally. I feel bloated, unhealthy, less energetic, unhappy, and not confident in myself and the way I look. I realize that I have to make a change right now and not later.
I made a decision and commitment to join in the challenge and get into that healthy lifestyle. I was 147 pounds when I joined the challenge. My goal was to lose 20 pounds and tone up. In my 8 week challenge, I was very consistent on taking the products. Every morning I took 2 scoop of yor shake, 2 repair, and 1 complete burn before workout. I usually workout at the gym for about 40 min. to 1 hr. Mondays, Wednesdays was cardio. Tuesdays and Thursdays was arms and legs. Fridays was a combination of cardio, arms and legs. Saturdays and Sundays was my rest day. During the day I would eat 2 meals. Prior to 30 min. before eating, I took 2 pills of super slim. Then after the first few bites I took 2 digest pills. After eating my meal, I would always drink 1 scoop of supergreens + 2 scoop of fiber + 4 pills of vitamins together with two drops of lime bare oils. At night I took 2 scoop of yor shake. Also, I took one pack of berry blast during day to keep me energize. That was my everyday schedule for my 8 week challenge.
By the end of my 8 week challenge, I went from 147 to 135 pounds and lost 12 pounds. Not only that but I feel my skin have gotten a lot tighter, my arms and legs got toner and I can feel my muscles developing. I didn’t achieve losing 20 pounds which was my initial goal. However, I did achieve my other goal which is to tone up. My focus was to slim down and tone up but I also notice that my abs are slightly showing. I never thought that I’ll get abs that fast. I am very happy with my results that I have achieve in my 8 week challenge. I feel so much healthier, energetic, happier, and I have so much confidence now.
