My physique has always played a huge role on how I felt about myself. It determined my energy level, emotions and confidence level. Gaining a few pounds would throw me off track. Coming from a background where being overweight was common, I knew it was important to always be discipline and keep myself in good shape and good health. The 8-week challenge has allowed me to take control of my health and not go through the rollercoaster of emotions as I have in the past with my weight issues.
I started the challenge at 123 pounds with a body fat of 23%. Because of my work and lifestyle, during this 8-week challenge, there were so many events, traveling, and birthday parties. By the time I hit week 5, I had went through a roller coaster of weight gaining and landed at 125 lbs! Instead of losing weight like I wanted, I have gained. I felt tired, bloated, and fat. It was depressing. I felt angry at myself because I feel like I have betrayed my values. However, I told myself that if I continue to stay focus and use the products I might be able to hit my goals. So I made a shift in my routine and started using the Yor Health Thermo Slim Program.
I worked out 6 days a week for 1 hour doing High Intensity Interval Training and Stairmaster. With that, I included the YOR Health products to assist me in my pre-and post workouts. Everyday I included Probiotic and Repair in the morning for gut health and recovery and Digestive enzymes to help break down all
meals. To start my day I take a Supergreen and Berry blast. This gave me energy to go to the gym! I love using the YOR Shake + Peppermint and Lemon BARE Oils as a breakfast replacement. It taste like lemon pound cake and helps me keep a healthy digestion! Before my workout and meals I also take Super Slim twice a day. After 3 weeks of being on track using the products, I can't believe the results! I finished at 116 pounds with 18% body fat.
