I joined up for the body challenge to help me get into the routine of having a healthy lifestyle, and eating healthy to cut out all the junk food I usually eat.
This was definitely a challenging and difficult journey.
During the challenge I would have:
FIrst thing in the morning I'd have a warm glass of water probably around 300ml with 1 tablet of Yor Probiotic.
Breakfast: 1 scoop of Super Greens, 2 scoops of fibre, and 3 scoops of Yor Vanilla Shake, and 1 soft boiled egg.
Lunch: The usual lunch that I would get from either Subway, or homemade lunch e.g Tuna and baby Spinach Salad, or 12 x dumplings or meat and vegetables with rice (jasmine). ALso 2 tablets of Yor Digest Ultra.
Dinner: 3 scoops of Vanilla Shake, 2 scoops of fibre.
Before bed I'd usually have Yor Probiotic and Yor Repair Ultra
Along with the above I was at the gym 3 times a week, which consisted of 30mins weights and 30mins cardio.
As I had started taking the greens and the probiotics before the challenge started, by the 2nd week of the challenge I could already feel the wonderful results of probiotic ultra and SuperGreens.
I was incredibly regular!! Now I know this isn't what most "ladies" would share, but it had a huge impact to my life! I use to have to go to a clinic to get help because I suffered constipation. Since I've been on these products, I no longer have to get "special help"! Another things I've noticed is that I can eat dairy products again! I could drink full cream milk, and enjoy a pizza and creamy pasta again! Drinking Lactose-free milk is not my reality anymore, and being able to drink full cream/skim milk is definitely something that I'm very grateful for.
I feel like I haven't lost as much weight as I'd like to, and my body shape definitely hasn't slimmed down at all. However, I do feel more energetic and can handle stress just that little bit better.
During my body challenge I was faced with a few obstacles where work life and family life was extremely difficult, and my old way of dealing with it was to drink alcohol or binge on all the junk food that I can find to eat for comfort. I have not been doing that at all during the challenge, even on the hardest days at work, I would just be drinking my greens or water.
This body challenge journey has been a wonderful journey of self discovery. Although I'm not particularly satisfied with my results, it has given me so much clarity and motivation to be better in every aspect of my life.
I will definitely enter another challenge again!
