I've been active most of my life. Although I've been active I made poor food choices. I've always gave in to my cravings. Because of how active I've been i believe i've prevented myself from gaining more weight then I've already attained. I played football and basketball in high school as well as college. Once I graduated I continued the same eating habits after I was no longer playing. I reached my highest weight at 430 pounds. Thankfully Ms. Carla Silviera reached out to me and I became interested in health and nutrition, Throughout my weight loss journey, Yor Health introduced an 8 week challenge. I thought this was a great way to once again feed my competitive edge from being an athlete and have the chance to finally reach my fitness goals. I began taking the entire line of products. In the morning I mixed my Yor Shake, Supergreens and Yor Fiber Plus together, I also took Yor Essential Vitamins, Complete burn, Probiotics Ultra and Repair Ultra in the morning. Whenever I ate regular food I always took my Digest Ultra. I worked out 2-4 times a week. My work schedule is all over the place so I would get to the gym whenever I could. I took my products every day. My favorite product that I go crazy for is Digest Ultra. My eating habits have changed, I'm more conscious of my food choices. I prefer drinking water with my meals and if I ever have sugar cravings I turn to fruits. When I do have the urges to have other meals I know that the Digest Ultra will take care of me. These products have helped me change my entire lifestyle. When I have a cheat meal I don't stress over it. I know deep down that my fitness goals are not an end game result, its a lifestyle change. I was the guy who always had the largest plates of food or always had the "goodies" or snacks around me. Now, I'm looked at by my coworkers and peers as the healthiest guy because of the changes I've made. My friends see the happiness in my face, they way I embrace them, and how I carry myself around others, The 8 week challenge has brought so much joy to my life and the people around me. Ive been able to push myself knowing that I'm competing in a cause that bigger than myself. Sharing Happiness is the ultimate goal and Yor Health's 8 week challenge is the perfect outlet for me to share that. I know that I'm not where I want to be right now as far as my fitness goals. But with this 8 week challenge and the huge support group I have backing me on my journey, I know that I will be able to achieve more than just my personal goals and be able to help others achieve theirs as well by sharing happiness!
