I have tried many diets just to see how my body reacts but have never been able to sustain it and the same went for my results also. When I was introduced to the products the main thing that caught my attention was just how much I didn't know about digestive health and how this filled in the missing pieces.

Before starting to take the products I was working in an office and managed to gain 6kg in 3 months weighing in at 86.9kg. Still trying to exercise when i could, I still felt something needed to change as I was still gaining weight and didn't look like i was gaining in the right areas.

Even though I didn't jump on board the challenge just yet I decided to take the products religiously to see what effect it had keeping a balanced diet breakfast lunch and dinner.

I took 1 repair pill and 1 probiotics first thing as i got up in the morning before getting ready for work, then before going in to our daily meeting (9am) I would have a shake made up of:
1 Scoop of Super greens
1 Scoop of Fibre
1 Sachet of berry blast
1-2 scoops of Yor MRP (add 1 drop of peppermint essential oil)
and bring it into the meeting with me.

2 Essential vitamin pills with lunch

and before bed with:
1 Repair pill
1 Probiotic

1 Digest pill during each meal
2 Scoops of Yor MRP after working out (add one drop of peppermint)

I managed to get down to 80.6kg and decided to get on the challenge with friends for the extra push to get under 80kg which I have never been able to do but still wanting to have some size in muscle mass and predominantly lose fat mass.

Keeping the same routine with the products along with implementing Intermittent fasting, increasing a healthy carb intake and training 5 days a week some days twice a day, my final weight was 78.6kg while looking more filled out and tightened up in all the right areas.

My partner has been taking the products with me as well while pregnant, I think the biggest thing for me is how much better we both felt on the products, more energised, more motivated, increased focus. better sleep (using sweet dreams essential oils) and went to the toilet a lot more frequent. My partner was able to work the whole way through her pregnancy with increased energy levels before giving birth to our baby boy. I did take 2 weeks off training at that time, but I'm stoked with the end result considering.
