Hi! My name is Eva. I started the challenge on June 24, 2016 at 150 lbs. My ideal target goal weight is 120 lbs. Today, eight weeks later, I am 132 lbs. That's 18 lbs total I will never regret losing!
The products I used to help me slim up is amazing! When I awake on a empty stomach, I take one probiotic and repair ultra. I substitute shakes for two meals a day (usually breakfast and lunch). I personally like vanilla shake for breakfast because it tastes good blended with fruits. I always like to add one drop lemon bare oils, and one to two drops pink grapefruit bare oils in my shakes for additional benefits with detoxifying and breaking down fat cells. I am lactose intolerant, so I take one digestive ultra before having my shakes as I noticed it helped prevent upset stomach and being bloated. Dinner is when I eat solid food, and I normally take three digestive ultras with it. Before my workouts-- whether it be in the afternoon or evening--I mix together and drink berry blast with one packet of supergreens, one packet fibers, one drop of lemon bare oils, and one to two drops of pink grapefruit bare oils. Right before bedtime, I again take one probiotic and repair ultra.
I work out 1-2 times a day for 30 minutes to an hour long (half cardio and half HIIT workouts), 4 to 6 times a week. I don't have a set workout routine. I am a mother of two children ages 8 and 11, so I just make sure I squeeze in any time available in the day, on top of work, to workout. Sometimes I get my second workout in after I put my kids to bed even though the day usually exhausted me by then, but just doing some kind of workout usually ends up motivating me to do more. By the time I know it, I'm already sweating and getting my heart rate up.
This is the first time I entered a weight loss challenge, and I realized it was the best thing I did for myself. I went to the gym before for two years thinking if I was to surround myself in that environment it would force me to exercise so I would start losing weight. Little did I know that my real issue was mentally and emotionally draining my energy getting myself to the gym. To me, entering this challenge with YorHealth and losing all this weight within 8 weeks is like finding a pot of gold--I found myself again. After having my second child, I couldn't manage my weight anymore. I became obese, and it caused so many hardships in my life on top of what is. I started getting unusual chest pains and was diagnosed with pleurisy (no cure). I also couldn't figure out why I was lethargic and seriously considered more professional help. I would've been diagnosed with depression and ended up taking more prescriptions. These FDA approved drugs are great, but not so much the side-effects. It just didn't make sense to me anymore why I should take some drugs to fix one ailment only to risk causing many other health problems. As for topical treatments, Geranium and pink grapefruit bare oils have been my magic potions. After applying fractionated coconut oil on my stomach and hamstrings every morning and night, I apply geranium first then pink grapefruit. This has really diminished the unsightly cellulite by 90%.

Before I started the challenge, without realizing what I had gotten myself into, I looked in the mirror one day, and my positive thoughts couldn't override my self-dislikes anymore. The mirror image of me irritated my conscience boiling in my head day and night. I hated the person I became, and had a emotional breakdown. This was when I realized that if I don't take the first action to care for myself then nobody will. Now that I am looking and feeling better, I am prescription-free. My eating habits have transitioned into a healthier diet. Fashion design, crafts, outdoor activities, being a wife, and a super-mom to my two beautiful and smart kids is enjoyable again.
