All my life I have been active and fit, 10 years in the Military when I was young set the benchmark to a future of triathlons, skydiving, commercial diving,and going for a run every morning along with gym sessions. I was the one that wondered how people put on so much weight, I never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever be overweight. I knew I was putting on weight, but thought that it was just bloating and would eventually disappear miraculously as it had appeared. I assured myself everything would be okay, I didn't have to dress up in a suit and just wore casual clothes, which were now 2 sizes up. I knew I was at the bottom rung when I had to go out to a formal and couldn't fit into any of my shirts or trousers. I decided that night to stop fooling myself and I needed to take action.

It was at this time that we were introduced to the Yor Bare Oils, and I then found the Yor Health products and the 8 week challenge. This was the answer to my prayers. I ordered the products and started, and just loved them, and more importantly how easy it was. I didn't count calories, just took the before photos, and stuck to the recommendations.
My daily routine was simple, easy and never hungry.

A Yor Probiotic and Repair first thing on waking,go for a jog, then have poached eggs, and half an avocado for breakfast with a Yor Ultra Digest,mid morning was 2 scoops of Yor shake with Yor supergreens and Yor fibre plus. That really filled me up.

Lunch was chicken or fish with salad and a Yor Ultra Digest. Mid afternoon was a a Yor Berry Blast, and some almonds and slice of cheese.

Dinner was either a Yor Shake or fish/meat and veges with a Yor Ultra Digest. Plenty Yor Health challenge and products made it so easy to stay on track, not feel hungry, and lose the weight so easy. My skin has cleared up, I feel fantastic, and can do the things I was able to do before gaining so much weight. Thank you Yor Health for coming into my life.
