Hello,
My name is Mauricio Gonzalez, I'm 29 years old from Guadalajara Jalisco currently living in San Antonio.
I decided to join my third challenge and keep the momentum I had going from my previous challenge. I knew it was going to be hard since I've never been below 190 lbs in my 20's.
I felt great going into the challenge but was a little worried at the beginning, since I felt like I wasn't losing weight at the beginning. That's also the reason why I decided to incorporate some of the bare oils in my nutrition and regimen. The bare oils were very helpful and real confidence booster.
Now that I have finished my third challenge with great results I'm really happy I made additional investment for my body and my overall health.
I actually went through a period where I felt I was in a slump and wasn't loosing any weight for 3 weeks. That's when I started to see the effect of the lemon and grapefruit oils in my regimen which helped my metabolism and boost me to hopefully win first place in this challenge. I started to see results of the oils by the third week and at the gym the cycles were easier to put on weight on put more repay thanks to the boost oil which is now definitely my favorite.
I'm happy with the results I've been getting with the Yor Health products and everyday there is something new to try and help your reach your goal.
I used the bare oils lemons with hot water in the mornings and afterwards I would take my your probiotics and repair. I would take the your super slim 30 mins before breakfast and have my your digest along with my meal (same for lunch and dinner).
I drink tons of water so that's never been a problem for me, but this time I decided to step my game up with the Grapefruit oil. Tastes good, it gives it another flavor besides being just water and what I saw the most was that it was greatly improving my metabolism I could honestly feel it in my mood, my exercises and energy levels throughout the day.
I would have a snack along with my Yor shake and fiber around 11 am and proceeded to take my lunch around 2-3 pm. Before lunch I would have a Yor super greens and enjoy my lunch along with the Yor slim and Yor digest with my meal.
I would have my Yor berry blast at 5pm and hit the gym by 6 pm to help me finish the day off. Before heading to the gym I would rub some of the boost oil to get me going and that was a big game changer. Especially the days where I felt really tired for a workout or was just burned out by work. It really did help me finish my workouts and continue with my progress.
After my workout sessions I always complemented it with a Yor shake.
Post workout and my shake I would have my dinner with a Yor slim 30 mins before and the Yor digest with my meal.
I also used the clear mind oil for muscle relaxing and headaches. Great way to thank your body for al the hard work.
I've also used the sweet dreams for sleeping on occasions and peppermint oil for a refreshing taste in my chocolate shakes.
I'm exercising 6 times a day. Doing weights 3 times a day and two days of cardio (progressive workouts).
One day for rest and the other day would usually shift between a yoga class, Zumba or a hiking trail to mix it up a bit.
This challenge has definitely changed the way of life I want to live and has put me in a place where I won't quit until I reach my ultimate goal.
This challenge has helped me see myself below the 190 pound threshold I had all my life and I'm happy to be at the healthiest point of my life finishing this challenge.
Yor health has had a great impact in my day to day regimen and has helped me go through the slump a lot of us go through. If it wasn't for the Yor health products and the challenge I've probable would have been ok before staying at 190 lbs but just seeing the amazing results just keeps me motivated even more to enter another challenge and not just the slim challenge but also shift my mindset for the sculpt challenge.
