Hi everyone, my name is Shane Chapman. I'm 33 years old and I'm from Melbourne, Australia. And I'm extremely happy with my results from this 8 Week YOR Best Body Challenge!!

I started out the challenge close to the heaviest I have ever been in my life and was not feeling great about myself. I was over eating and the food and drink I was consuming was unhealthy. I didn't have enough energy to get through the day and was always tired and struggled to motivate myself to do anything about it.

With the help of my wife and the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge I found my motivation!

At the start of the challenge I weighed in at 87.6 kg (193.1 lbs). With a lot of hard work and dedication, 8 weeks later I now weigh 77.9 kg (171.7 lbs). I lost an amazing 9.7 kgs (21.4 lbs) and am now back to a healthy weight I enjoyed in my early 20s.

The YOR Health range of products were a significant contribution to my successful results.

Each morning I woke up and had a shake for breakfast which included the YOR Shake Vanilla, YOR Berry Blast, YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Supergreens blended with water and a few ice blocks. I found this to be a delicious start to the day and gave my plenty of energy to ensure I had no issues getting through the day.

Before main meals I took the YOR Super Slim, YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins. This helped control my appetite and ensured I digested my food properly.

My wife and I joined a local gym and worked out 3 times per week. I also went for one or two runs per week. After each work out I used the YOR Amino Hydrate to aid in recovery and occasionally mixed it with the YOR Shake Vanilla to assist muscle growth.

Each night before I went to bed I took the YOR Probiotics and YOR Repair. I seemed to sleep a lot better during the challenge than I had been previously.

By taking the YOR Health products I had a lot more energy to exercise and I had less cravings which meant it was a lot easier to eat healthier and lower the quantity of my meals to what my body actually needed.

I am extremely happy with what I have achieved in the past 8 weeks and am already living a more active and healthier life. I can't thank the people at YOR Health enough for the opportunity and motivation I needed to get back my best body and be able to lead a more enjoyable and healthier life!!
