First of all I just want to say thank you to YOR Health for their products, I owe a lot of my transformation to them. I also want to thank YOR Health for the support and encouragement that they provide within the 8 week challenge - the community is awesome! If anyone's looking for a great transformation and wants support to help them through, I highly recommend giving the YOR Health products a go and joining the challenge, you won't regret it!
So I personally decided to enter the challenge after coming home to Australia from a much enjoyed America trip. To say the least, I enjoyed one too many buffets, sweets and pastries and my routine was well and truly out of whack from all the travelling. I had a great time but when I arrived home in Australia I decided I wanted to feel my best and lean up a bit more so that's why I joined the challenge.
My starting weight was 78kg and rather than lose any weight, my goal was to lose body fat and gain lean muscle at the same time and still maintain a 78kg frame. I had lost definition and especially wanted to gain it back in my abs. And as the 8 weeks went on that's exactly what I achieved.
I feel much more energetic and confident in my body. Not only did I lose body fat but I increased my muscle mass and strength and am now much stronger than when I first started the challenge. I don't bloat after eating any meals and my digestive system is working better than ever. I'm absolutely stoked with my progress so far physically, but what I'm even more satisfied with is how I feel. I feel happier and healthier. My emotions are much more stable and I'm waking up in the morning with a spring in my step ready to start the day... and I wake up anywhere from 4am-6am so I'm an early riser!
You can never put a price on your health and the way you feel and I'm just so pleased I was able to use the YOR Health product line and combine it with my training. There's no such thing as a magic pill, but these products would have to come pretty close to it! So if you're looking to change your body and mind, look no further, these guys will have you covered.
I've listed below the YOR Health Products I took daily during my challenge and when I took them:
~ Upon waking - 1 x Probiotic with 300mL water
~ 15mins After Waking - 1 scoop x Great-ful Greens, 1 x Berry Blast, 2 scoops Fiber Plus with 300mL water
~ 9am - 1 drop x Lemon Essential Oil, 1 drop x Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil mixed in 300mL water
~ 10:30am (During Workout) - 1 scoop x YOR Aminos with 500mL water
~ 12pm (After workout) - 3 scoops x Great-ful Protein, 1 x Peppermint Essential Oil (when I remembered), 2 x Essential Vitamins with 400mL water
~ 1pm (Lunch) - 1-2 x Digest Ultras, 2 x Essential Vitamins with 300mL water
~ 3pm - 3 scoops x Great-ful Protein with 400mL water
~ 6pm (Dinner) - 1-2 x Digest Ultras, 2 x Essential Vitamins with 300mL water
~ 8pm - 1 scoop x Great-ful Greens, 1 drop x Lemon Essential Oil with 300mL water
I trained anywhere from 5-6 times a week. I didn't do any cardio, it was all weights training and high intensity exercises. I focused on more compound movements to burn more calories during my session and get the best use out of my time.
This challenge truly has helped me get into the body I wanted to achieve, and now I'm all ready for summer and just need to continue my journey and maintain what I'm doing.
