Hi! I'm Sandra, I'm 21 years old and I live in Sweden.
I joined this challenge because I figured it would be a great thing to do since I just got back from 2 weeks in the US.

I never really told anyone that I suffer from binge eating and have done for a couple of years now. It's hard for me to not eat Whatever and whenever I want.
I could eat just for the sake of eating. Not because I was hungry but because I was feeling stressed or for whatever reason. I used to eat till I was psycially ill, till my stomach was aching because I was eating too much and I would even eat till I was so full that I vomited. I didn't even realise this was a problem before I tried to stop doing these things. I thought they were just bad habits when it was really a big issue. So I decided I wanted to get rid of this bad relationship I have with food and gain more discipline over myself.
So I joined the challenge, and at the same time also started the 28 day cleanse.
By only eating between 12-18, I started planning my meals and not eat anything I didn't plan for the day before.
I would have
Super greens, fiber plus, lemon+ orange oil in the morning. + essential vitamin, repair and probiotics.
and then for lunch I would have a balanced meal with digest ultra and super slim. For dinner i would have another balanced meal with digest and slim and then on the evening I would have the vegan protein. It worked great for me but I'm not gonna lie and say it was easy. I even cried a couple of times when I couldn't have the food I wanted, or if I binged.
I exercised between 4-6 times a week, and I've always loved moving my body and trying new things so it was very easy and fun for me to do. Eating was the hard part.
But now 8 weeks later, I'm happier, I've almost overcome my binge eating. I'm closer to my goal than ever before!
I know the 28day cleanse had a huge impact on helping me on my journey. And I will be Forever grateful to yorhealth for that.
