Before jumping on the eight week challenge I was at my heaviest 179KG. I was very tired, had no energy and hated the way i looked and felt. I had tried completing other eight week challenges but my bad habits had always overcome the good habits i had set in place and felt like i wasn't achieving anything. The stresses of moving out of home and even work played a role with the poor choices i made day after day. Always justifying why i was eating so poorly by saying things like "you've worked so hard", "its been a long day" somehow always made it easier to eat bad foods even when I had nutritious food in the house.
Long story short we had just come back from the annuals trip in America where there is amazing food everywhere and i had absolute no control when it came to eating. The aftermath of all those amazing foods was looking through the photos and absolutely feeling disgusted at who I saw. I couldn't believe the photos I was seeing and hated the way i looked and what i had become. I had seen amazing results from the eight week challenge and i wanted to feel and love myself again.Thats when i decided to jump on board the eight week challenge and experience the true power of the Yor Health products.
Its been an amazing and exciting journey theres no product which i can say i love more than the other because they're all amazing and i take all of them. My routine everyday was Berry Blast, Fibre and the Super greens in the morning, lunch time Digest Ultra and Vitamins as well as at dinner then before bed Muscle repair and Probiotics aswell as Amino Hydrate to fuel my workouts. Exercising at least once a day the challenge has had an amazing effect on my day to day life I'm more vibrant a lot more energy and i feel like a new person but its only the beginning.
