Hello everyone! My name is Mai Vue and I’m from Wisconsin. I’m 20 years old. I’m a college student and work part time at a non-profit organization. What I do there is I work with severe emotional disturbance youth. I chose to work in that field is because I went through a lot as a kid and growing up by having a system and the support, I was compel to work with these kids because it made a difference in my life. I know I can make a difference in those kids life too. With my busy schedule I’m always on the go, so I would eat whatever is most convenient for me. Knowing how bad it could be, I still chose to do it because it’s convenient.

Before the 8 weeks challenge, I would workout 1-2 hours a day for 3-4 times a week at the gym. So within a month, I would only lose 2-3 lbs. With YOR Health was able to lose 10-12 lbs. and within two months with minimal exercise. Now, I found something that is high in nutrition, low in calories, and super convenient is a life saver. I initially got started because I have to deal with really bad skin, acne. I’m blessed that Yor Health does not just focus on losing or gaining weight, but nutrition overall. Many of you may think how this is related to the 8 weeks challenge. Well, that was one of my physical and emotional challenges I have to deal with for 8 years, alongside of wanting to slim down. I was stuck at a plateau between 129lbs and 133lbs, and for some reason I could not drop lower than 129 lbs. This is my second cycle of the 8 weeks challenge. After my first cycle, I went from 140lbs to 128lbs. Then I went off track a little, and gained a few pounds here and there. Then I made a commitment to myself joining my second challenge. After couple of weeks into the challenge of cycle 2, I have noticed my PMS was a lot less painful than before. My acne is slightly clearing up from the front-center of my face outwards. On top of that, my abdominal slimmed down and abs is slightly starting to form. My metabolism has increased as well. My friends always ask why do I eat all the time, and whenever they are with me there’s always food involve.

Like I mentioned earlier, I am a busy person myself and incorporating a daily workout routine does not fit in my schedule. How I slimed down is that, I do a 15-20 minute High Intensity Interval Time routine once or twice in two weeks. My job keeps me very active because the kids like to play dodgeball or basketball, so I do get my exercise in as well. In the morning when I wake up, I take one Ultra Probiotics. For breakfast, I love mixing one scoop of the Great-protein Organic shake (using the chocolate shake scoop) with one scoop of the chocolate shake. After the shake I take two vitamins. I don’t eat lunch until 1pm or 2pm, so I would eat a fruit for snack. For lunch, some days, I would eat a chicken salad with tangerine, if not I would eat one cup of rice and mainly grilled pork or beef with my organic spring mix salad. Within few bites of my lunch, I would take 2-4, depending how much I ate, Yor Ultra Digest. Then mid-day snack is a fruit or trail mix/nut mix. For dinner, I would take one scoop of the Yor chocolate shake, one scoop of the Great-protein Organic shake, one scoop of the super greens, and one scoop of the fiber plus; all blended with 16-18 oz. of water. Right before bedtime, I would take two Ultra Probiotics.

Even though the 8 weeks challenge has ended, I will continue on working toward my health goal, which is getting six packs. I think my physique still needs a lot of work to do, but without YOR Health nutritional supplements, shakes, and bare oils I don’t think I would be able to reach my health goals and come this far.
