× My name is Thomas, I'm 26 years old and have just completed my first 8WeekChallenge (2x back to back 28Day Cleanses).
× I only began taking Yor Health products earlier this year, I was introduced to them by a friend who noticed I wasn't my lively self anymore. I was constantly fatigued, always hungry (and eating the wrong things), couldn't sleep properly and was battling mild "I.B.S". As a result of my poor habits, lack of nutrition and lack of rest and recovery I was slowly becoming overweight and due to my disposition to having acne, that became worse and worse also.

× 4 weeks into the Challenge I had already began to see the difference in
-my skin, the puffiness in my face had started to go down
-The extra "me" around my belly had began to melt away
-I could eat spicey foods again without upsetting my entire digestive tract
-around the end of the 4 weeks is when my quality of sleep slowly started improving
× By the 8th week I had lost a total of 10.2Kg (22.49lbs) and only going to gym 3 times a week, hit and miss haha life gets in the way!
-My acne has completely cleared (the supergreens ingested and used as a facialmask have helped keep me alkalised and helped me dodge the common flu/cold and hayfever. I also use a miracle facial spray my girlfriend made me from the USDA Certified Organic essential oils.

in a spray bottle and roll on! i use it after my showers and in the mornings before work!
-I can see my abs again!!! (The Digest Ultra really does work! just ask someone to show you "The Oats Test")
-I can eat any food that I desire and it does not irritate me
-I have a solid eating structure and regime to follow thanks to the GO GREEN INTERMITTENT Fasting guide
-I sleep like a rock thanks to my Bliss Diffuser, Sweet Dreams oil Blend and my Repair Ultra!!!
Other products that I used during my cleanse include the Berry Blast, Bare Oils Lemon Oil 1 or 2 drops and fibre mixed with my Super Greens in the mornings (only adding berry blast when I needed it)
Then I would have my super slim if I went to the gym, post workout I had the Great-Protein mixed with chia seeds and The Great-Greens, i just love the taste!!!
With my 2 biggest meals I would have my Digest Ultra and Yor MultiVitamin, never had any bloating or burping or discomfort since using them
Before Bed I have my Probiotic and my Repair Ultra
Safe to say my tummy is happy and my results really do speak for themselves!
