Participating in the Yor Best Body Challenge was the best decision I’ve made. I started at 74.5kg (164.2 lb) and finished the challenge at 71.5kg (157.6 lb), but the most amazing transformation was learning to be happy with my body and myself and focusing on being healthy and not the number on a scale.

My name is Paolo, I’m 22 years old and I live in Lima-Peru. I’ve always struggled with my weight, there’s never been a time in my life when I felt completely comfortable with the way I looked. Participating in the Yor Best Body Challenge has given me the confidence and strength I have always wanted and the drive to keep improving myself.

After I heard about Yor Health products I was reluctant to try them at first, but after seeing results my family members had, I decided to give them a shot. Right off the bat I was amazed at how great they tasted and at the results I started seeing such as having more energy and dropping some extra pounds.

It was after seeing the initial results that I decided to take on my first Yor Best Body Challenge with my brother to keep each other in check and to be supportive of one another. I wanted to do it right, which didn’t mean much for someone that has never regularly worked out in his life. I started asking friends and with some guidance I was able to figure out an at home dumbbell workout routine and then paired it up with phone workout apps and different fitness classes at gyms.

Finishing my first challenge has changed my life. It was not easy and my muscles have never been this sore in my life but it was worth every bit. I feel more energized and happier than ever with myself and I am ready to continue the path towards a stronger and healthier version of myself.
