Hey everybody, I'm Joel Warren from Mackay Queensland 23 years old and I've always wanted to be a fit and healthy person but that proved very difficult with the way that the western society eats and overindulges. So finding something as simple as this has been an absolute life changer and I will be forever grateful for what it has helped me through and help me do.

Before I started the challenge I really struggled with stubborn fat and general energy throughout the day as that 3 pm afternoon slump always had me down, but now I have endless energy well into the night and generally have to force myself to go to sleep. My focus has also improved x10

I started on the go green complete cleanse and I have to say that the oils and the super greens would be by far my favourite products. These products are generally uplifting and just a really feel good product, clean and healthy. The Berry blast made it easy to want to go to the gym 3 days a week for only half an hour sessions and overall the way it made me feel afterwards was fantastic. Always felt enlightened and still full of energy then following it with a protein shake I knew that my body was getting the right nutrition at the right times.

The first and most important thing I noticed was the strength in my muscles and how full they feel all the time. there's not anything I can fault with this program as it makes sense and is a very easy lifestyle change to make I would highly recommend this to any of my friends and family that want to feel generally healthier or those that have bigger goals like gaining lean muscle or losing weight.

I was able to go from 78kilos to 74kilos with a noticable difference in body fat lose and muscle strength/gain, after the first 28 days a few it was actually made aware to me that i had lost to much weight i was down to 68kilos and i did agree with this as my goals of muscle gaining needed a little cushion to work with.
