After years of trying to build a healthier life style & struggling with my weight, I found more health issues. Doctors had a difficult time diagnosing my stomach problems. Bills started to roll in from all of the medical appointments still with no solutions or explanations. I wanted to find a product to ease my pain & frustrations while staying in line with my philosophy of natural, clean nutrition. This is where YOR Health came into my life.

I became a promoter & started using the products only a couple of months ago. I was not looking to sculpt muscle or lose weight. However, I decided I would really put the products to the test & enter the YOR Best Body Challenge. It was the best thing I could have ever done. I am so happy with how I feel inside and out. My body has not looked this good since 2001. My energy is up, mood motivated & peaceful, mind clear and sharp, & stomach issues gone...gone. Awesome.

My day started with YOR Probiotics, YOR Shake, YOR Fiber Plus, & YOR Essential Vitamins. For lunch, I added YOR Digest Ultra & the other half of my YOR Essential Vitamins. As my day at work began to drag on, I would jump start my afternoon and evening with YOR Super Greens and YOR Berry Blast. For dinner, again, I would have YOR Digest Ultra. Before going to bed, I assisted my muscle repair with YOR Repair Ultra. I have a love/hate relationship with his pill. It was great to be pain free the next day of pushing myself with the weight but with it, I had no excuse not to workout. Smiles. I don't diet. I make smart choices but if I wanted to eat chocolate or cookies, I did.

My goal for exercise was to do minimal amount of time as most people I talk to say the main reason they don't workout is lack of time. I continued my yoga practice for 30 minutes every other day and started to do strength training for 30 minutes 5-times a week. As I hit the 4-week mark of the challenge, I was already addicted to the practices I had adopted. I made the choice to up my game and increase my weights.

Starting out this challenge, I just wanted to test the products & figured I could go back to my life before the challenge. Not happening! I already want to do another cycle to keep pushing and going further with this new me.
