I started this challenge inspired to achieve my best, with the motivation of a fantastic team around me who were also working towards best body 8 week challenges of their own. Incredibly proud of my boyfriend who won his Slim Challenge, I became more and more committed to achieving my goals as the challenge went on.

I have not only achieved significant changes in my muscle tone and fitness but also in my understanding of nutrition and how to use all of the amazing products to get the most out of my day.

Incorporating SuperGreens Smoothies to give me a natural kick in the morning became a ritual. As a primary school teacher with busy work days, I found I needed to be very organised with my snacks throughout the day. Delicious protein balls made with Vanilla and/or Chocolate MRP were my favourite! I also found the repairs such a lifesaver in helping me recover quicker and feel my best each day.

I have been on all the Yor Health products for over a year but found an increased commitment to taking the vitamins with each meal, Supergreens often twice daily, and making sure to always have a digest ultra with processed meals, helped me to achieve the most out of my diet.

I am highly motivated by training with people rather than individually so most of my training was done with friends. During the 8 weeks I played competitive Touch Rugby League twice a week and netball once a week which helped with consistent cardio. For my weight training I would go to at least two group weight training classes at my gym (i.e. PUMP) and would also fit in 1-2 individual weights training sessions with my 8 week challenge buddies.

During my final training session, I increased my weights for the 4th time across the 8 weeks and I was feeling truly amazed at my progress. I am so excited to show off my hard work and am motivated to back up with a second challenge. The best part of the whole best body challenge is that I have inspired many of my friends and family to make changes in their lives and take the challenge too. The whole experience has been so positive, I never knew what having a goal like this could help you to achieve! Win or lose, I am very grateful to have had this opportunity and to have learned so much about myself and about health and fitness. Thanks YorHealth!!!
