This is my second 8 week challenge that I have successfully completed!
In my first challenge I started at 83.4 kilos & finished at 74.8!
Both in the slim categories my goal was to keep loosing weight.
At the start of this challenge i was 74kilos & after 8 weeks of commitment I am finishing at 68 kilos!
I am SO happy with my results!! I look at my after photo & I see a completely different person! My abs are finally starting to come back, my legs have slimmed down, particularly on my knees & thighs. I have lost more fat around my face & also in my chest & booty area!! I have a much better relationship with food & i can feel my confidence coming back stronger everyday! I haven't had abs since high school & I'm so excited for my next challenge!
None of these results would be possible without the INCREDIBLE Yor Health products & also the new Go Green Intermittent Fasting Cleanse that launched in Australia ! I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for these products, I can't start my day without them!
I also had alot of treats over christmas & for my birthday & I didn't put on any weight!!
I made sure I was active at least 5 times a week. I did a mixture of cardio, body weight exercises & weights at the gym, along with some boxing & swimming.
My product regime daily:
Morning : Berry blast, Supergreens, Fibre & Organic Lemon Oil
Before Gym: I rub Pink Grapefruit Oil on my stomach to help with fat burning & Peppermint Oil on the back of my neck to give me a boost of energy.
After Gym: Amino Hydrate
During Lunch & Dinner: 1 digest & 3 vitamins at each meal
Snack: Grateful Vegan Protein also with Fibre
Before bed: Grateful Greens, Probiotics & Repair Ultra
I also use the Fractionated Coconut Oil & Peppermint Oil for Oil pulling before bed.
I rub lavender Oil on my face to help with my skin
& Sweet dreams on my Pillow & in the diffuser to help me get a good nights sleep.
In the last 8 weeks I have been able to go shopping & buy new clothes! For the first time in YEARS I have felt beautiful & happy when I was trying on clothes! I used to be a size 14-16 & for my birthday & Go Green Launch i was able to buy size 10 clothes!!! This is a huge deal for me! I always hated shopping for new clothes but now I can't wait!!
I also went from wearing long tights to the gym because I was so self conscious of my legs to now wearing shorts! Which I've never done in my life!
2 years ago I bought some swimmers that I have never worn because they didn't fit me, THEY ARE NOW TOO BIG !!
My confidence has grown when talking to people & I feel SO much happier with myself in every aspect of my life.
I have strangers at work complimenting me on my weight loss & had to buy new uniforms because my old ones were so baggy! I ordered new uniforms before christmas and by the time they came the new ones were too big!!

My next challenge will be a sculpt challenge & I hope to take out first place! Thank you Yor Health for these incredible products & for the 8 week challenge!
