Hello Everyone!
My name is Meay. Before the challenge, I had a hard time trying to lose weight due to my love for food and bad eating habits. I love all types of carbohydrates, especially noodles, and I hated eating my vegetables. I also ate late at night and didn’t know how to portion control. I kept on gaining the weight and didn’t know how to lose it. I felt lazy and unenergetic, unhappy of the way I look, and had very low self esteem. I look in the mirror one day and realize I had to make a change; I wanted to feel good about myself and to be healthy.
I made the decision and commitment to join the challenge because I wanted a healthier lifestyle and to feel better about myself. I started the challenge at 218 lbs. My overall goal was to lose 60lbs, but in this challenge losing 30 lbs would have been awesome. In my 8-week challenge, I was consistent on taking the products. Every morning when I wake up, I take one tablet of repair ultra and 1 tablet of probiotic with 2 vitamins. Then for breakfast I take 2 scoops of YOR Shake, 1 scoop of fiber plus and1 scoop of supergreen. During lunch I take 1 tablet of super slim and 2 vitamins, wait 30 minute and take 2 digest ultra before I eat lunch. Before dinner, I would do a little work out about 15-30 minutes then take another YOR shake as I would for breakfast plus 2 vitamins for dinner. For the first month of the 8 weeks challenge this was my everyday schedule. On the second months of the 8 week challenge, I increased my super slim and digest ultra by one tablet, so instead of taking 1 super slim and ultra digest before lunch I would take 2 super slim and 3 digest. I continue on with the routine until the end of the 8 week challenge.
By the end of my YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge, I went from 218 lbs to 198 lbs and lost 20 lbs. Not only was I able to fit into my clothes better, but I felt better about myself. I was able to eat healthier and portion control and stay away from a lot of the carbohydrates (noodles) as I love so much. I didn’t think it was possible, but I did it and I feel great. I didn’t achieve my overall goal of losing 60 lbs; however, I did lose 20lbs which was close to the initial weight I was hoping for in this 8 weeks challenge. I am very happy with my results and it’s a step closer to my overall weight goal. I feel much healthier, energetic, happier, and I have so much more confidence now. With all that said, thanks Yor Heatlh for giving me the motivation and determination to push myself for a better and healthier lifestyle.
