I am so excited to be completing my 2nd cycle of the 8 Week Challenge! I truly believe that once you complete one challenge and see the results, you really want to continue on to the next cycle for even better results and to continue living a healthy lifestyle. It truly becomes a habit!

This 2nd cycle was pretty challenging for me, because right in the middle of it, we went to Italy on vacation. While our stay in Italy, all we ate was pasta, gelato, pizza and wine. We were away for about 2 weeks and that's what I literally ate during my entire stay there. I tried running and working out when we had time, but still, there is no workout that can outdo a bad diet! When I got back, I knew that I had to focus again and catch up. I must admit that the first few days it was really hard. I was still on vacation mode, still eating bad foods and just felt really unhealthy. It was not even that long and I realized I was starting to lose the definitions in my abs.. I couldn't believe it! It was not until about a week after my return, that I thought to myself "I've already worked so hard to get to where I was, I can't let myself go now.. I have to get back into it and finish my 2nd cycle strong!".. So I started to eat healthy again, working out at least 4-5xs a week and using my YOR Health products!

I started to have 2-3 YOR shakes per day again (after my workout, midday snack and before bed), 2 Complete Burns before my workout routine, a Digest Ultra with every meal and Probiotics Ultra & Repairs before bed. I love how great these products make me feel and how they truly help you to have faster results and to recover faster.

I was able to get to my ideal weight, my waistline actually got a little smaller and I am definitely stronger! I've been doing interval cardio and weight/strength training. I've lowered my body fat percentage and been building lean muscles. I feel great! I am now ready for my 3rd challenge. I am so happy that I was able to catch up after a small set back. ..I realized that in life you'll always have challenges that will come your way to try to stop you from your goals, but it's all about bouncing right back and making it to the finish line:) I am now an "over-achiever" and look forward to even better results and to continuing my healthy lifestyle, no matter of what gets in the way.
