First and foremost just a quick shout out to YOR Health for their products, my transformation was that much easier with them! I also wanted to thank everyone for the support and encouragement that I received throughout the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge. This was my first transformation challenge and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to transform their body and lives! This was such an easy transformation due to eating the right foods and supplementing with YOR!

I personally decided to enter the 8-Week Challenge after realizing I had one too many sweets and pastries over the festive season! I wanted to see my abs and look lean, basically get my beach body back!! I needed something to hold me accountable to achieving my goals and decided there was no better way than to join this challenge!

My starting weight was 83.5kg. I wanted to lose fat as well as drop from 5-10kg while maintaining solid muscle mass. The biggest goal for me was to lean up in my stomach and get those abs back to how they once were! Which is exactly what I achieved over the 8 weeks.

My confidence and energy is through the roof now! I don't become bloated after eating meals and my digestive system is functioning so much better than ever before. I am still so amazed by how far I have come physically - but I am more satisfied with how my body FEELS! I mentally and physically feel happier and healthier.

You can never put a price on your health! I never believed that quote and always believed it was about affordability until I was able to use the YOR Health product line! There's no such thing as a magic potion which can cleanse and sculpt your body effortlessly, but these products would have to come pretty close to it! I trained anywhere from 5-7 times a week. All of my training sessions were based around weight lifting and high intensity exercises. I performed compound movements on a daily basis to burn more calories during my weight session and get the best bang for my buck.

This Challenge truly has helped me morph into the human who I aspired to be, it has made me take positive steps and begin healthy habits.
