My name is Jahannah and I'm 22yrs old. I'm a college student and reside in Atlanta. At the beginning of the challenge I was 152 lbs. Today, I can proudly say I weigh 138 lbs. I was introduced to the YOR Health products by a friend, who did the challenge, after seeing her results and being educated about the products I decided to give them a try as I once AGAIN ventured on a weight loss and healthy lifestyle regime. My weight over the years have fluctuated as I try to balance school, social life, eating healthy and working out. This time I decided that I would approach things a bit differently, instead of focusing on "weight loss" and "dieting" I decided to take a more holistic approach in how to balance school, social life, eating healthy and working out, for which more emphasis was placed on maintaining a clean and healthy eating plan 6days, with 1 days "optional cheat meal" depending on how I was feeling and I worked out 3-4days a week for 1hr and run 3-5 miles 2 days a week. The meals and my workouts was supplemented by my YOR Health Regime which consisted of the following routine:
* Upon waking I take my Probiotics with lemon water.
* I would train in the morning for 60-90mins depending on if it's run day. Immediately after my workouts I would have a post workout YOR protein shake with YOR ultra digest & YOR super slim
* For lunch I would have a balanced meal with my YOR ultra digest & YOR super slim.
* Late afternoon snack before my classes I wold have YOR berry blast mixed with YOR super greens.
* I try to consume 2-3L of water each day to which I add bare oils pink grapefruit & lemon essential oils for the 1st Liter and 2-3 cups of green tea.
* For dinner I usually travel to class with my YOR protein shake and a light snack such as an apple or fresh berries.
Focusing on the process as a lifestyle change instead of focusing on "weight loss challenge" made the process easier. Having done several weight loss programs before I could see and feel a difference that using The YOR products made in not only would I looked but how I felt. I was more energized, less bloated and less irritable. I didn't feel starved or deprived. Overall the 56 days challenge was just the beginning of better things to come as I continue on this journey of a newer healthy lifestyle for which the YOR products will continue to play a major roll.
