Hi Everybody!
I am Tonia, a german girl who came to Australia in 2010.
Since then, adapting to the western lifestyle and its eating habits quite effected my body and general health, resulting in a weight gain, general unhappiness and a body out of balance in every way you can think of. I suffered from anxiety, extreme stress levels, weight gain and other more basic side effects like for example not being able to focus, fogginess, body inflammation and water retention.
I can honestly say getting healthy has been one of the biggest challenges (and longest!) but also one of the most rewarding to my life.
I have come such a long way since i have been introduced to the Yor Health Products and I wish I could also share my before photo from 2 Years back with you all (Before YOR Health)!
I'm very excited to share my results as I'm quite overwhelmed with my progress, especially with the way i feel. My stomach is flatter, and with the amount of body fat I have lost and I'm finally getting into a zone where I'm getting more and more comfortable in my own body.
I started the challenge at 52.5kg and i was at 58kg 2 days ago ::))
My arms and even my stubborn back starting to finally show some definition and I also feel like my body recovers faster and is less and less swollen (inflammation/water retention) and I am extremely happy about that.
My energy levels are higher and when i train, i can now train longer and more intensively, without getting exhausted fast and struggling to breathe.
I am a big fan of the YOR Health Super Greens, it is one of my favourite products. Taking the Greens every morning has helped staying more alkaline and takes away most cravings as my body already gets most of the micronutrients needed first thing.
I exercised maybe 3 times per week in average. Sessions would include either running, weight training or occasional yoga/pilates and stretching routines.
(I also included some meditation and deep breathing sessions.)
My daily product routine:
I usually wake up and start my day with my favourite of all. In the morning cells are starving for micronutrients so i like to start my day with a green juice.
I mix:
-1 scoop YOR SuperGreens
-1 scoop YOR Fiber Plus
-1/2-1 fresh lemon
-3 drops Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil
-3 dops Lemon Essential Oil
Sometimes add these:
- (aminos depending on if my muscles are depleted/weak or not)
-(chia seeds mainly for: Omega 3/6/additional fiber/vegan protein)
- 2 YOR Essential Vitamin
Meals with 1 YOR Digest Ultra especially if they are heavy meals and processed.
Workout Mix: 1/2 Scoop YOR Supergreens, 1 tsp YOR Amino Hydrate, 1/2 fresh lemon
