Hello my name is Mai Yang. I am 30 years old and I am a mother of 3 beautiful young children ages 8, 5 and 2. I also work full time at my job where I sit almost 8 hours every day which does not help with my weight loss journey.
Before I started with YorHealth, I have always loved working out and go running for miles and miles at a time. Running is a passion to me because it helps me clear my mind and let me be free! So, I have used running as my #1 exercise tool in losing weight and it has been successful but my knees were getting bad so I had to slowly decrease how often I run and by doing that I have struggled to lose weight after having my 3rd child.
The day after I gave birth to my 3rd baby, I was at 164 lbs, this was in 2014. I know it is heavy and I agree it is very heavy for someone like me who is 4'11 but at that time I was not too concern because I always believe I could lose the weight like I have lost in the past. I continue to do what I have always done, go running, do some light weight lifting here and there. I would run between 6-10 miles every few days and sometimes 2-4 miles every other day. So in 2015 I dropped to 145 lbs. In 2016, I continue to do the same routine and finally in beginning of 2016 I dropped to 135 lbs, yay right? Well, I was still not satisfy because I am not at my ideal weight so I again keep working harder and harder and finally dropped another 5 lbs so by this time it was April 2016. I was getting somewhere but then from April to January 2017 I hit a weight plateau. Every few weeks I would weigh myself buy to only find disappointment because I wasn't losing anymore weight and was stuck at 130 lbs. It did not matter how much I exercise or how much I ate, I was not shedding, not even an oz.
Finally, in February of 2017, I decided to get started with Yorhealth products because I knew I was lacking in my nutritional intake and needed to make a change. Also because my weight at this point was not going below 130lbs and knew that I have hit a weight plateau. I then signed up to join the 8 wks challenge on 2/19/17 and took the products as I should.
How I took the products was by taking 1 probiotic, 1 Ultra Repair right when I wake up following by 1 scoop of green, 2 scoops of fiber and 2 scoops of Yor Shake 1 hour later. 1 hour after the shake I take 2 vitamins. 30mins - 1 hour before lunch, I take 2 Slim and for lunch, I would eat greens or salads with Chicken breast, no dressing as I love Tabasco sauce so I use this instead and then 2 digest (1 after I have finished half of my salad and 1 after). 1 hr later, I would take 2 more vitamins. For dinner, I eat fish or have 2 scoop of shake, wait 2-3 hours and then take 1 probiotic and 1 Repair ultra. With this regiment and working out every other day, so far this process has work wonders and has helped me drop from 126 lbs to 115 and I have never felt better! For the first time in 3 years, I've finally reached my weight loss goal!
Also,my husband and I have struggled to get pregnant with each child so I am hoping that Yor Health products will give me the ability to get pregnant naturally as it had regulated my system already. I am hoping I can stop taking prescription drugs as I was told I can get sick over the years from taking too much prescription infertility drugs.
