Loosing weight has always been a big challenge to me. I tried all the methods that I can think of but certainly nothing ever went through successfully. I will always quit and continue on with my unhealthy lifestyle ways and choices. Until one morning, I went to go see my OBGYN, and was told that I was over weight for my height. I decided that I needed to do something extraordinary for once.

That was when I decided to join Yor Health for the first time in 2015. Yes, apparently I loved the products and did loose a lot of weight. Sadly, due to my busy schedule and not loving myself enough and be proud of my hard work, I did not meet the deadline for my challenge.

Towards the end of 2015, I was going through divorce, stress was coming at me from left to right. I did not know what to do but made a decision and finalize my divorce.

In 2016, I have to say life was full of happiness everyday. I felt like a bird that was free from a cage. Eventually, all that happiness was fantastic but did nothing good except gaining weight only. At first, I thought it was my confidence in me where everyone always tell me I look fine thick. Until, another visit to the OBGYN, I was told I really gained so much weight and is really overweight this time. It finally hit me that I did not just let my happiness take control of my freedom but also my body and health.

The first thing that came to my mind was I remember in 2015 I lost weight and I did it with the help of Yor Health. I tried all methods I could and nothing went successfully but Yor health did! I decided it was time to go back to what never gave up on me!

Now, 2017, I started Yor Health again. I am bless to say I am so glad I did it AGAIN! My package included are: Super greens, Probiotics, Ultra Repair, Chocolate and Vanilla Meal Replacements, Yor Fiber Plus, Yor Berry Blast, Super Slim, Vitamins, and Yor Digest. I took every product every single day. I tend to exercise every night but most of all I maintain my eating habits. MIND MOTIVATION was the key to it! I did not just loose weight! I am healthier and can feel the great vibe about myself.

The Yor Health Challenge have made a big impact in my life. I never thought I would be able to loose weight again but I did it! Yor Health made me realize that I should never give up on myself. Weight loss is a big challenge and a journey you shouldn't have to give up on. To challenge myself I knew I was not going to be able to do it again but needed to do it with Yor Health's eight weeks challenge again! Nothing is more challenging but when it comes to challenging yourself. That is the biggest competitor out there and I am glad to say I did it again. Most of all very excited I got to do it with Yor Health's eight week challenge. My lifestyle will remain the same because I will continue to use my products and stock up. Yor health you are not just a change of life style but the best decision ever!
