Hi everyone. first off, I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Crystal Moua. I am 31 and from Wisconsin. I am a mother to six children (four girls and two boys) whos age's range from 3 yrs old to 13.5 yrs old. I am a full time working mother at a health care facility, helping elders with their daily needs. Before starting Yor Health I developed an autoimmune disease that also attacked my thyroid, causing thyroid disease in which made me gain weight easily and made it even harder for me to lose weight. During this time I also had a metabolic test rating done and believe it or not, I had a very high/active metabolism in which should've made it easier for me to lose weight but due to my autoimmune disease and my hypo thyroid disease it did the opposite. During this short time, I gained a lot of weight and felt sick. Years went by as I seen several different dietitians, failed diets, after diets. I also tried other programs including Herbalife in which tasted and smelled so bad to where I eventually threw it away! I would meal prep, workout daily at the gym or at home on my gym equipment however, I wasn't seeing much results. I started to become hopeless.

After meeting my health coach Mr. Sanya Vang, I decided it was worth the chance of trying the 8 week best body challenge. When I started I weighed 240 lbs. and at the end of my eight week challenge I was 214 lbs!
My regimen was taking 2 superslim and two probiotics before breakfast. For breakfast I had Yor Shake mixed with yor fiber and yor supergreens and two vitamins. for snack I'd eat a grapefruit or other healthy alternative. I took digest 30 minutes prior to lunch I'd take two superslim and then I'd eat either salmon with a side of veggies, chicken with veggies or a spinach salad with chicken with two digest ultra and two vitamins. For dinner I'd take two superslim 30 mins prior. I had yor shake with yor fiber in place of dinner. For exercise I'd walk at least 30 min per day. I also did HIIT workouts while incorporating weights in my workouts. Before bed I would take ultra repair.
I'd like to take this time to thank Yor Health and my health coach and mentor Sanya Vang for helping me lose the weight! I decided that since I love what Yor Health has done for me i am going to continue and be part of their 100 Lb club! Not only do I feel great, I have more energy, and my coworkers, friends and family can see a difference in me! Thank you so much!
