Before starting the YOR Health YOR BEST BODY 8-Week Challenge
I weighed 170lbs which for my height 6'2 is below body mass index(BMI).
When I was introduced to YOR Health and started learning about our digestive system it was eye opening for me. I used to have digestion issues, after eating I always felt fatigued and bloated, and also my Bowel movements were not regular. I would go once every 3 days, and if I went it was like my stools were so hard that it hurt. But with the help of the YOR Health Digest Ultra I don't feel fatigued and bloated anymore. I feel like my body is getting all the right nutrition from my food with the help of YOR Health Digest Enzymes. Also YOR Probiotic Ultra helped me become regular and when I go its smooth and quick. And It just felt great every time I use the rest room. Add on with YOR Health MRP sometime I take it for breakfast and mostly I used it after every workout. They really help me build lean body mass, muscle growth, and muscle recovery. I also mix it with the YORHEALTH Fiber Plus which also helps me with bowel movements.
Every time I eat I take my enzymes before every meal, and at night I take my YOR Probiotic Ultra. I usually take my MRP right after workout or sometimes before or workout. sometime I have it for breakfast and mix it with YOR Health Fiber

Along with proper diet I exercise once every other day. I Use an exercise machine called the Perfect Push-up and perfect sit-up they come with a workout regimen and I just follow it.
But my main motivation "WHY", I take health more serious is because I lost my beloved grand mother a few years ago from chronic disease. She was my best friend and I really loved her but seeing her go really hurt me and it changed my whole mindset about living a healthy life; so that motivated me to stay healthy and invest in my health and live a health life style.
Just hearing the word "challenge" made me want to do something. I want to push myself more to become better. It gives me a sense of Purpose, now i see a completely different Person when I look at myself in the mirror. I don't see the old person now; I see a whole new person and I'm in the best shape of my life. As of now I'm 179 lbs. I was able to gain 9lbs lean muscle mass in just about 8 weeks) The YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge definitely changed my life.. I'm feeling really great about myself and I never felt like this before. I have become more health conscious, I'm eating more healthy, and I'm more aware of how my body works. I'm really taking this as a life style to continually invest in my health and I want to help people while doing that. Thanks YOR Health
