Thank you very much for the amazing challenge and 8 weeks of transformation.It has been such a great time of learning so many new stuff about our body,mind and the potentials we all have. I was exercising 3-5 times a week a managed to get way more flexible, stronger and leaner.I didn't reached my goal of getting extra 3.5 kg of muscles, but I gain something way more important and it is the absolute certainty that I can achieve whatever I want.Every morning I would start my day with breathing exercise inhaling peppermint essential oil followed by meditation with combination of lavender and frankincense essential oil, which I absolutely fall in love with. Than depending on a working schedule I would have have some kind of stretching and exercise or just stretching followed by either shake with greens,the best ever YOR chocolate protein blend and digestive enzymes and probiotic,or just coffee with butter, cmt oil and again YOR chocolate protein blend. I realized that I don't need to eat as much as I used to and I am way more cautious of what goes in to my body. Thanks again to the YOR chocolate protein blend I am able to replace my evening sweet craving with the YOR shake, which I would say was a game changer for me.During the challenge I went to live-changing seminar with Tony Robbins and was more than week little sick, which slightly shifted my full focus, but it only gave me more drive to do your challenge again as I know I can do much better and I just simply love it. No matter of the result of the challenge i am very grateful for those amazing 8 weeks, I went from not liking any kind of routines to loving every single minute of my daily routine, enjoying my own discipline, enjoying the amount of energy I am getting from your products and following the healthy live style. Not long time ago, I was competing in different disciplines, like how much alcohol person can drink and still function, smoking like chimney and using other not healthy substances and nowadays I am just super grateful that my body survived all that crazy stuff and that completely new exciting chapter of my life has started and you have been a part of that.Thank you very much for creating this challenge, I am already feeling like a different person and I can't wait to jump into another one.
