This 8 week Challenge came at a PERFECT time in my life! Going from 157-162lbs. In December of 2012 I got a hernia in my abs, I was not able to work out until early April. All I was able to do was small cardio stuff. To make things WORSE, my girl friend and I broke up in April after being together for almost 7 years. I ALSO completely lost the dance company that I passionately built from scratch, due to my seperation and my girl friend being the co-founder with me. Also my marketing business was highly effected. There have been low times of my life where I only had $7 a week for food, I thought those days were hard. But losing my girl friend, a successful dance company, and my marketing business, ALL in the same month. All of this combined left me at the lowest point I have ever reached in my life. I was seriously depressed. My health, mentality, and emotion was drastically effected. I was even smoking cigarettes for a period time which is not me at all and horrible for my body. I started to barely eat and also eat horribly. I lost TONS of confidence and felt like everything I worked so hard for was just gone. In my before picture it may seem like I have abs or some type of shape, but I was in the worst shape of my life, Struggling to barely even run a single mile.

The Challenge changed everything around for me. I started at 157lbs, and I started my first 4 weeks of mainly doing small cardio work outs about 2 times a week, while taking the YOR Health products and making changes to my diet. I lost 4lbs during that time. The last 3 weeks I started to work out more aggressively after feeling my endurance and the way my body felt drastically change. I started to work out at the gym and lift weights again 3-4 times a week. My endurance on the soccer field and taking professional hiphop classes went to a whole new level. I mainly took the entire product line every day. The YOR Shake, digestive enzymes, probiotics, super greens, fiber, and repair ultra. The only products I did not take everyday was the Complete burn and the Berry blast. I rarely took these products because I wanted to achieve natural energy with out needing a booster. I would take the berry blast before work outs and when it was needed during the day. And rarely took the complete burn during works out, even tho it did make a Huge difference on my work outs.

This 8 Week Challenge played a HUGE role in changing my life around. I once again reached a level of health that I have not felt since I was in high school, training for soccer 4 hours every day preparing for my college scholarships. The feeling of improvement in my body and health, has played a big impact on helping me progress in all areas of my life. Once again I realize what huge of a difference it makes to take care of your body and health. It is the foundation to my life. I think more clearly, breath so much better, gained so much confidence again, and for the first time after this difficult experience I went thru, I can honestly say that I fell in love with myself again. I found my confidence again. My marketing business picked up ALOT, I started a media production company, and I finally found my groove again. This 8 week challenge has highly helped me create a new and progressive life that I am very excited to go towards. I once again feel unstoppable and changing my health was an amazing foundation to help me attack all goals in life! THANK YOU YOR HEALTH!
