I am overjoyed that not only did I finish this second challenge, I actually hit my challenge goal! My goal was to lose 10 pounds however I lost 11! When I did my final weigh in, It was a precious, beautiful moment where you just sit back and embrace all the hard work you put in. Before the 8 week challenge, when it comes to health and weight loss I never experienced having a goal and actually hitting it. The last challenge winning third place boosted my confidence and reminded me hey you are track just keep going.
I am 28, and I have been struggling with weight for about 20 years.. I feel like I never succeeded before because my mind was never strong enough and I never had the right support system. It's so confusing and overwhelming to pick a direction. Everyone tells you try this, do that, work out this way, starve, fast or any other extreme measure. With these systems you either lose weight fast and gain it all back or not lose weight at all. Through all my failed attempts to lose weight I discovered the only real way is to make health a way of life by eating right, exercise, and the right supplements. I have found the right supplements with yorhealth. The 8 week challenge system inspires you to eat healthy and to exercise. I eat extremely healhy now and workout about four times a week. I feel confident now because I don't feel like a failure. In the past I lacked a social life because of fears of not fitting in being the only big person on the dance floor. I have wasted summers because of not being able to imagine being in a bathing suit. I have missed out on work opportunites. Lastly I have been humilated by being asked if I was pregnant or by hiding in bathroom stalls to evoid taking pictures. All of this pain and self-sabotge is a person of the past. Life is too beautiful and too short and we all have our destiny to fullfill. I want to be happy and live. I am going to continue on this path to achieve my goals. Of course with the help of my shakes, complete burn, enzymes and probiotics, and can't forget the supergreens and fiber. I started this challenge at 235, now I am 226. I have lost 11 pounds this last challenge and a total of 26. I am not stopping until I reach 100!
