Earlier this year I got a bit out of shape. I started forming a belly, had digestion issues and my diet was very lousy. I got lazy from cooking my own home meals and found myself eating outside food regularly. I was unhappy with my physique especially since I am a personal trainer, indoor cycling instructor and group fitness instructor. It was embarrassing that while I was at work, personal training clients and colleagues would spend more time looking at my belly as opposed to my face. I know from working within the fitness industry that it is unacceptable to look like my "before" photos and I knew I needed to get myself back in shape. Having a belly was bringing my spirits and mood down.
As the Spring season approached, I decided to enroll in the Yor Health 8 Week Challenge. I turned 34 years old on June 17, 2017 and I wanted to get the fit physique of someone in their late twenties. I wanted to feel confident in my physique for this summer. I used the 8 week Challenge as a motivating factor to get myself back in shape.
Having been off some of the Yor Health products for a short time in early 2017, I stocked up on the following products to assist me on the 8 Week Challenge: Essential Vitamins, Super Slim, Super Greens, Muscle Energy Pre Workout and Probiotics Ultra. As with my past experience using the products, I noticed my mood changed to being more positive. My digestion got better with the Probiotics and hence decreasing my little belly pouch. I started getting leaner and getting nice muscular definition as I took the Super Slim. The Muscle Energy Pre Workout gave me the proper energy before my workouts so I can train hard. The Super Greens helped cleanse my skin and made my skin look a lot healthier.
As for my workouts, I was able to increase my intensity with more weights and doing more repetitions thanks to the Muscle Energy Pre Workout. I started focusing on working out multiple body parts as opposed to just doing one body part a day. For example, I would do shoulder presses followed by pull ups. I do my weight training five times a week and I keep my workouts within 40-60 minutes. Focusing on multiple muscle groups per workout will help burn more calories. I always get my aerobics in since I am an indoor cycling instructor. As for my aerobics, I currently do 6 indoor cycling classes per week for about 45-60 minutes per class. I was able to start focusing on cooking my own meals as opposed to eating out all the time. This helped me feel less bloated by eating home cooked meals.
In conclusion, I have once again been proven that the Yor Health products work very well. I am very happy right now with my physique and I look forward to being able to go the beach shirtless as the Summer of 2017 progresses. My relationship with Yor Health as a customer is approaching seven and a half years and I can say for sure that I am going to be a Yor Health for life.
