Hey, I'm Tuyet! I'm 21 years old and I'm super thrilled to have finally completed my 8-week Challenge. I've always considered myself relatively fit, as I used to play a lot of sport in school, but as soon as I left school and moved out of home, I was exposed to the western diet, and blew up quite quickly if I didn’t watch what I was eating.
I've always had an issue with bloating and retaining extra body fat in my mid section, thighs and back. I've done weight training on and off since late 2015, but no matter how hard I trained abs, I could never see any change in my stomach. However for the first time EVER, I've gotten rid of bloating and the stubborn body fat, and have definition in my abdominal region! This makes me so happy!
Another big issue that I had was a bad lower back, and I was getting so much pain doing deadlifts and squats even with the correct form, only being able to train lower body and back once a week This really restricted me from improving my muscle growth and strength. This is where YOR Repair Ultra has saved my life. I can now train 5 days a week without feeling overly sore with heavy lower body training twice a week! (Booty gains, here I come! Lol)
Not only were there improvements on the outside but on the inside as well. I feel so much more energetic - I used to sleep for 8-10 hours a day and still felt exhausted, now I only need 6 hours minimum to function! My regime:
Within 30 mins of waking up, I would take my YOR SuperGreens mixed with Fibre Plus and Berry blast for my “breakfast".
I also take the YOR amino Hydrate during working out in the morning to fuel my muscles and not break my intermittent fasting!
At lunch, I would have a balanced meal with 1 YOR Digest Ultra and 2 Yor Essential Vitamins
Afternoon tea/Snack, I'd have a protein smoothie, mixing 3 scoops of GREATful Protein with 1 scoop of GREATful supergreens mixed with berries, banana , organic honey and coconut oil.
For dinner, I would have a balanced meal again with a YOR Digest Ultra, or sometimes if I'm running to work I can quickly grab a YOR Shake (2-3 scoops in 600 ml of water).
In the evening before bed, I take 1 YOR Probiotics and 1-2 YOR Repair Ultra to help recover my muscles depending on how sore I feel.
