Hello! My name is Pahoua. I am 24 years old and I am a piano teacher. I decided to take this challenge because I wanted to have energy and be fit and active again. I gained 60lbs while I was in college! It totally brought my self-esteem down and I no longer had any self-confidence. During college, I tried dieting and exercising regularly, but with my busy schedule I lost track and was inconsistent. After I graduated, I decided it was time for me to focus on myself and get back on track to a healthier lifestyle!
My sister introduced me to YorHealth. She was using the products and her results were amazing! I really wanted to try it for myself. The most challenging thing for me during this challenge, was definitely committing to the regimen! I was a busy college student that usually just grabbed fast food! I had to get used to eating healthy and less. Before the challenge I felt like my body was so tired and I did not want to be active. Now, I am more energetic!
So, I lost 11 lbs with this challenge! I worked out twice a week with my sister, usually at the gym or at-home workouts. I only achieved 1/3 of my goal, but I am definitely thinking about entering another 8 week challenge so I can lose even more weight and reach my goal weight! My regimen consisted of: Probiotic and 2 Super Slim in the AM. Wait 30min and then had my 1 Scoop Fiber, 1 scoop SuperGreens and 2 Scoops Vanilla shake. I take 2 Super Slim 30min before lunch. Right before lunch I take a Digest Ultra and 2 Vitamins; For lunch I ate quinoa/couscous with shrimp and veggies. I snacked on unsalted nuts and fruit. I take 2 Super Slim again before doing my PM shake, which includes 1 scoop fiber + 2 scoops Chocolate. Before bed, I would take 2 Repair Ultra. The challenge definitely helped me understand nutrition and what my body needs. I have learned a greater appreciation for myself and how it is so important to have self-love and self-care, and I want to share that with others! I am happier because my clothes fit a little looser, but I know I still have so much to improve on. I just have to continue to discipline myself!
