Ever since I was in my freshman year of highschool I've suffered from weight gain. I was at a peaking 170 pounds at my heaviest, that's 20 pounds heavier than I was when I was pregnant. I was lucky enough to have a brother that always cared for my best interest at heart and he introduced me to the YorHealth product line. I can say accompanied with him, YorHealth saved my life physically, mentally and spiritually. But today Im not here to talk about that. Twelve months ago I was given the best news of my life, I was an expecting mother. Twelve months ago I was also in the best shape of my life! I was fit, toned and healthy! Ofcourse I was worried and thought "omg I'm only 20 years old...what if I get stretch marks? Or gain way too much weight? What if my body is never the same?". Throughout all 9 months of my pregnancy I took my repair in the morning, a digest ultra with every meal, supergreens was my craving and instead of taking prenatal vitamins I took YOR essential vitamins. I felt amazing , I barely gained weight and had an amazing pregnancy and labor. My daughter came out perfect! Even though I didn't gain much weight I was left with alot of fatty loose skin. It started getting to me. I felt self conscious and insecure, nothing fit anymore, and I was starting to loose hope until I realized that this 8 week challenge was waiting for me!! For the first 4 weeks of my challenge I didn't exercise i just took the same product line I took when I was pregnant . Little by little I started to see the change in my body! My pre pregnancy clothing was starting to fit again! After 4 weeks I started riding the bike, jogging and doing freestyle fitness(you work out in nature). They say baby weight is the hardest weight to loose. I say...WRONG!!! NO weight is hard to loose with true dedication and ambition. Today I am a proud momma! When I go out people cant even believe I had a baby less than 2 months ago! Its probably one of the best feelings in the world knowing that even if your a super mom, a super friend, a super maid, a super cook, I still have time to make the most important thing in my life super, which is ME!!I feel ready to inspire new mommies to go out there and take charge! I AM A MILF ;) hahaha and it feels darn goooooooood! Next stop, is the sculpt category :) This momma has no limits, and I will be a better me for my daughter and also for my biyfriend ! He deserves a sexy baby momma haha! What's your challenge?!?
