Hey there YOR Health community, my name is Shayne Nash, I'm 31 years old, and I'm from Melbourne, Australia currently living in Malta, Europe.
I would firstly like to thank YOR Health for their amazing product line, my results would not have been possible otherwise.
I also want to thank everyone within the YOR Health community for the support and encouragement that I received throughout this 8-week Best Body Challenge. This was my second challenge and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to begin their health journey.
I have always struggled with my weight due to lack of education regarding health, fitness & nutrition. By the age of 18 I had tried many different diets and supplements, from many different companies.
I had pretty much lost hope, leaving me depressed and 110kgs at my heaviest.
Then a friend of mine introduced me to YOR Health, their product line and education system is second to none. You have full support and a whole community of people transforming their lives!
Last challenge I achieved great results, however I was in denial about just how out of shape I was and entered the sculpt category, needless to say I didn't win and it really made me reluctant to try again, I am 31 now and I set myself a goal to get into the best shape of my life.
My starting weight this time was 86kg/ 189.5 lbs. I wanted to lose fat as well as drop 5-10kg/10-12 lbs, while maintaining solid muscle mass. The biggest goal for me was to strengthen my whole body and try to finally see some abs lol
I'm proud to say my final weight was 80.2 kg / 176.8 lbs, honestly if I can do it ANYONE can :)
I simply trained weights in the gym 3-4 times a week and I swam for at least 20 mins almost every day.
Intermittent fasting was something new for me so I utilised that also, and the results, well they speak for themselves.
My confidence and energy levels have never been better. I don't become bloated after eating meals and my digestive system is functioning so much better than ever before. I definitely didn't eat only salds & vegetables, I ate burgers, drank some beers, still enjoyed my life however I am still so amazed by how far I have come physically – I finally feel good in my own skin and I mentally and physically feel happier and healthier than I ever have before.
You can never put a price on yor health, I never believed that quote and always believed it was about affordability until I came across YOR Health Products.
