Hey! My name is Ann, I am 30 years old, and I started this journey weighing 78kg with a jeans size of 14. I once called myself an athlete, but that was many years ago, when I trained 5 hours/day, wore jeans in a size 10 and had high prospects of achieving the Olympics. When I retired from competition though, I returned to my education and despite being a 2 sport athletic-student in University, I gained the infamous freshman 15lbs.
However, upon graduating, I was determined to return to my old self, and began training hard and trying various cleanses and diets. I came to find many of the cleanses to be tasteless and to some extent unpleasant, which never motivated me to keep using the products. Not too long ago though, a friend introduced me to YOR Health, and I immediately signed on as an Independent Representative. He spoke volumes of the products, and I trusted him and his experience with YOR Health. When I heard of the Best Body Challenge, I saw this as my opportunity, not only to motivate me, but also to really gain experience with the products and see the results myself. As I mentioned before, this was not my first attempt at cleansing or following a diet, and what I really appreciated with the YOR health products, was that the shakes tasted delicious without needing to add fruit or other flavours to it, and that while I felt hungry from time to time, I never felt tired or out of energy. Instead, I felt awake, focused and strong, which motivated me to keep with it.
My primary jobs at this time are very active and keep me moving all day, working in landscaping and coaching a local alpine ski club. Having to manage multiple jobs keeps me on my toes, and helps me stick to my routine which went as follows:
Mornings (6:30am): As soon as I woke and before my first meal, I took YOR Probiotic Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR SuperSlim.
I would then start the day with a shake made with YOR MRP, YOR SuperGreens, YOR FiberPlus while I walk my dog for an hour, then head to work.
Near 10am while at work, I would fill my hunger with a granola bar or some raw almonds and an apple. I would also take a YOR Berry Blast to give myself a little energy boost.
Midday: YOR SuperSlim and YOR Digest Utra before a meal consisting mostly of vegetables, chicken or quinoa.
Midafternoon (around 4pm): Once again I would give myself a boost of energy with a YOR BerryBlast, followed by fitness routine of about 1hr. My routines consisted of HIIT training, yoga, core exercises or TRX Suspension training. After the fitness routine, I would immediately make myself another shake with YOR MRP, YOR SuperGreens, YOR FiberPlus to help my body replenish and recover, and then take my dog for another hour walk.
Evenings: YOR SuperSlim and YOR Digest Ultra before the meal, which is usually about the same as my lunch. And I would then end the day with a YOR Repair Ultra before bed.
During the entirety of the challenge, I used a fitbit to keep track of my activities and caloric intake. With my work and other activities, I averages at least 37,000 or more steps a day.
After 8 weeks of hard work and attaining a new weight of 75.3kg, I am happy to say that I can once again wear my favorite pair jeans that I had bought in my last year of competition, which were a size 10 and have been lying in my cupboard for 8 years. I am so grateful to have discovered YOR Health and their products, and while I have not yet achieved my end goal, I have renewed confidence and feel like my old self once again. I have broken my old routine, and have been able to implement a better and healthier lifestyle, which I will strive to continue doing.
