Hi! My name is Alexanne, I am a ski instructor and an attendant to people with disabilities through organised camps in the summer. My jobs require me to be very active and mobile, and so I decided to participate in the YOR Health Best Body challenge to help me reach my health goals. Through this challenge, I hoped to lose some weight, gain energy and stamina, but above all, I wanted to feel good in my body and confident in my ability to perform at my work.
When I began this journey, I weighed 66.2kg and have managed to drop just over 6kg. While I have been using the products of YOR Health for 2 years, I never dared participate in the Best Body Challenge, but am not at all disappointed by the results and have actually found renewed confidence in myself. I also discovered the effects of the YOR SuperSlim, and the benefits of combining the products while sticking to a stricter routine, which made me feel fuller for longer, with no frustrations or loss of energy. I felt focused and good in my body, and had the energy to handle any challenges that the day might present.
My daily routine was:
I would start the day with YOR Probiotic Ultra and YOR SuperSlim on an empty stomach, followed by a shake with YOR MRP, YOR Fiber Plus and YOR SuperGreens, and some fruit, such as a banana, nectarine, or apple after a YOR Digest Ultra.
I would then have a YOR Berry Blast around midmorning
For lunch, I would take YOR SuperSlim 30min prior to the meal, followed by a YOR Digest Ultra, and a salad or a meal consisting mostly of vegetables, and keeping track of the quantity.
Around 4pm I would eat an apple or other fruit, along with a YOR Berry Blast for an extra boost of energy to finish the day.
For dinner, I would take YOR SuperSlim 30 minutes prior, and a YOR Digest Ultra with a well balanced meal of vegetables and meat, such as chicken.
Finally, I restricted my diet by avoiding alcohol, sugar and salt.
As for exercising, I would either do a cardio or core routine of about 30-40 minutes each morning before breakfast, and then head to work all day with a physical job that kept me moving. Despite it being an active job, the summer camps with the people with disabilities proved to be challenging with organised picnics and meals, but I did my best to keep with my routine. I was determined to achieve my goals, and feel strong in my own skin. My journey over the last 8 weeks has been challenging, but so worthwhile and I am happy with the results. I am grateful to have decided to take on this challenge, and to have learned so much from my experience, that I will continue on this path. Thank you!
