Hello to all YorHealth family members & new coming challengers!!
My name is Zoua Lo. I am 26 years old. I am a wife, a full-time mother of two beautiful boys, and a part-time worker on the weekends.
I've decided to take on this challenge after seeing so many great results on social media. Seeing the great results of other individuals made me wanted so badly. I've said "YES!" after a long month of decision making and saving enough to help me get started on the Promoter Set. I wanted to make a change for myself because of the excess weight I've gained after both of my pregnancy. After my first born son(who is now 6 years old), I went on birth control for 2 months and had gain at least 15lbs from it. I stopped with the birth control and yet, the weight keeps adding on. At the time I was a full-time student and full-time mom. I didn't have the time to care for myself nor even tried as it wasn't the first priority on my list.
Being overweight for the last five years was a struggle. As much weight as I have gained already, I've put on another 10lbs after my second son(who was born last year) which had weighing at 172lbs, at my heaviest. Devastated, I went on with taking diet pills for a month and had lost 12lbs from it. Although I was able to lose the 12lbs, I lack the energy, I still feel and look bloated as before, nor did I shed off any inches.
I started this challenge weighing at 160lbs. Due to having little time, my only workout is taking a walk 1-2x a week. Yet, with such small amount of workout, I am surprised by my ending results. I not only lost a total of 11 lbs leaving me at 149lb, but I also lost 2 inches off my waist and I have dropped down 2 size shirt and 1 size pant. Another great news for myself is, I'm not my BLOATED old self anymore. How awesome is that! I am happy and excited about my results even though my weight goal of 145lbs hasn't been reached yet. After the first week of using the products, I can feel my energy level boosted up and continues to better within the weeks. My confidence has grown out of the bubble of insecurities, and I am a happier person inside and outside. Overall, I am greatly in joy for trusting myself to saying yes and joining the program.
Upon rising, I start my morning with a cup of water with two drops of lemon bare oil and a squeeze of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Thirty minutes prior breakfast, I take in two superslim capsules. My breakfast contains two scoops of the YOR vanilla shake with 1 scoop of Yor Supergreens + 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus and with the intake of 2 vitamins after my shake.
For my mid-morning and late afternoon snacks along with an energy booster, I usually go with the choice of 2 hard boiled eggs without the yolk, raw almonds, or an apple with the side drink of the Yor Berry Blast. For the first half of the challenge, my lunch meal consists of a grilled chicken salad with the intake of 1 Ultra Digest. Through the last half of the challenge I went back to eating my regular meals with the intake of 2 Ultra Digest. For dinner, I replace it with two scoops of the YOR Shake chocolate flavor and two vitamins. To end my night before bed-time, I intake 2 probiotics & 2 ultra repairs.
I can definitely go on and on about my whole experience with YorHealth but
I will just sum it up with the one word "AMAZING!" It definitely works wonder!
Last of all, I want to take this time to thank my mentor(s) who has been supporting me all along this challenge. You know who you are. Thank you so much for introducing me to the challenge. It's definitely my first but will not be my last. I hope to start soon on another cycle.
