Before I participated in this challenge, I had used the products before but didn't get the most results because little did I know, I didnt know how to use them correctly. overtime, I didn't like how I was feeling not using them. I was becoming lonely because I didn't like being slim but pudgy. I didn't respect myself and saw it was affecting all aspects of my life. Then I became scared of getting old and becoming like everyone else my age. My love life was the most disappointing because I was becoming what I'm not attracted to. As a result, I wanted to get back in shape. I run a dance group and I'm a public figure because of it. In order for me to persuade the masses to be better, I had to be pro-life first and got to be able to keep up with the kids. I bought specific products because I understand how they work, how my body works, and my food works. I didn't put too much time into serious workouts. I only did pull ups, push ups, planks, and focused cardio. I knew working out requires my focus to be on what I put in my body. So, my favorite part of the day is taking my products especially the MRP and Supergreens. In order to take them, I have to take all of them accordingly which means I have to workout. So even if i don't feel like working out, I do it because I want my MRP and Supergreens! Instead of replacing a meal, I used the products for post workouts and after I work out. I make sure I take my enzymes after I eat, so that my body only ask for healthy choices. As a result, I see the difference in my attitude, the attention I get, how much I respect I have for myself, and even walk around with a tank top on. I'm not ashamed to show my chest (I so hate my nipples as a guy) I smile more and laugh at things. I don't get uptight about a lot of things. Doors have opened up for me as a promoter, dance father in Chicago, and a dance public figure in the Chicago community. I wanted to focus on being a sign of hope to these kids. I knew my love for these products would only make me discipline enough to be consistent to help make that possible. I am just ready for the next challenge to gain more mass and focus on a 6 pack. The next challenge after, will focus on being cut. the next one after that, is to increase endurance at my age.
