Hi there, my name is Bruce Tran

My before weight was 87kgs and my after weight is 78kgs

The products that I used to get to my final weight was the whole range of supplements and some of the essential oils to enhance my performance at the gym. In the morning, I would take a combination of super greens, berry blast, fiber and a drop of lemon oil and mix it with water. During the day, I would eat only two meals a day, lunch and dinner. I would not snack in between. During a meal for lunch I would not consume any complex carbs only meat and vegetables. If I was still feeling hungry I would eat some fruit. I would then take one capsule of digest and three capsules of essential vitamins. Dinner time, I would then have some complex carbs (particularly brown rice) with any form of meat and vegetables. If I was still feeling hungry I would have some fruit. I would then take one capsule of digest and three capsules of essential vitamins. Then I would exercise at night and after exercising, I would take amino hydrate. During my gym session, I would use the peppermint oil and rub it on my back and neck. I found that rubbing it on my arms also help me go through the stages of fatigue.

I took all the products every day and never missed a chance to take them. I knew they were helping me and within a week I could already feel the difference. Before the starting the 8 week challenge I didn’t take the products for a week just to see the impact it would have on my body. It turns out that I was feeling more tired and more stressed. I was always sleepy after a meal and it was very difficult for me to stay awake during classes and work. As soon as I jumped on the 8 week challenge, I noticed results within the second day. I was glad I hopped back on to the products because I couldn’t imagine how I was living my life before being exposed to the products. Using the peppermint oil in the gym felt amazing. Using it on my back felt like my airways opened a lot so I could take in more oxygen. The same thing happened when I applied some on my neck. I could hit my work out a lot harder every time I set foot in to the gym. Using it on my arms cooled me down so it wouldn’t allow me to fatigue so easily. I loved putting it on my arms cause I noticed I could jump straight into it after my rest times and not feel tired. Another reason I loved using the peppermint oil was due to it helping with my asthma. I would change from using my asthma puffer and switch to using the peppermint oil. I would place a single drop on my hand and breathe in the vapors. it felt good not having to use my puffer and breathe in something that was natural.

I chose to do a whole body workout at the gym. This session requires me to take a one day rest before going back to the gym and exercising again. In total, I would go to the gym three times a week, but I would only go for an hour and smash the workout with high intensity. However, during my second half of my 8 week challenge I got sick from a viral infection. It made my body extremely tired and sometimes at night it was hard for me to breathe. My muscles were always aching so much it was a struggle to stand up at times. My sickness got so bad that I would have to cancel my shifts at work. It was very frustrating that I had already begun the challenge and something like this came along to sabotage me. Luckily, I had my brother, my mentors and my team to push me through my sickness and give me treatment to overcome my sickness. One of those treatments was to rub frankincense oil on my foot before I went to sleep. Another was to put the boost blend into the diffuser and use it every time I was in a room. All treatments I took had me using essential oils and I am so grateful that these oils are a part of my life. Even through my sickness, I was still exercising at home but doing light intensity exercises. I was not going to let a viral infection effect my end results. all my hard work and efforts in the first half of the 8 week challenge was not going to go to waste. I had a strong will and mindset and my eyes were set on hitting my goal weight.

The biggest impact that this challenge had on my life was mainly losing excess body fat. I can see the difference and I can defiantly feel the difference. The whole experience of the 8 week challenge was amazing. This is the first time I could see results in losing weight whilst doing a challenge. I am so passionate about the products as they have changed my life. I don’t feel tired during work and class. I don’t struggle getting out of bed every morning. Everyday tasks that people over look are so easy for me to do now. One of them was running for the train so I don’t miss it. I used to be lazy and wanted to wait for the next one, now I want to run for it. Another major impact the products allowed to have was a sharp, focused mindset. Focusing on assignments is easier now, I don’t get distracted to easily. the overall impact it had on my health is priceless and I am so glad this challenge exists. Without the products, I would really struggle and continue to let myself go. I would increase my chances of being sick and possibly do long term damages to my body. I am thankful that the products and this challenge exists.
