Greetings! Hello! Nyob zoo! Annyeong! Hola! ??! Chào! Bonjour!
My name is Malia H. Thao. I am 23 years old, born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Not very long ago, I was at my heaviest and my lowest point in life. During my college career, it happened to me. Freshmen 15!! It's real. I couldn't keep the weight gain off. All my focus was put on school work, making time for family responsibilities, stressing, eating unhealthy food, running on little sleep, drinking caffeinated beverages/energy drinks, and finding myself at more parties. The time to love myself was never really a priority for me. When I graduated, I was at my heaviest and I also had no clear idea of what I should peruse next in my life. But, I clearly knew that I wanted to love myself more and was determined to live a healthier lifestyle. I do strongly believe that the greatest wealth, is truly your own health.
Throughout the 8-Week Challenge, drinking lots of water daily and being creative is also a must. My most favorite creation of the products is powering up my smoothies with protein powder, YOR Shake! Definitely, give this "yum-a-licious" low calories below a try!!
Strawberry Banana Cucumber Smoothie:
-3 Strawberries
-1 Banana
-1 Cucumber
-2 scoops of YOR Shake (Vanilla/or Chocolate)
-some ice cubes
-a cup of H20
I love incorporating YOR Health's products into my daily life. I take the the YOR SuperGreens+ YOR Probiotics+ YOR Ultra Repair in the early morning. During brunch, I would have my biggest meal of the day because I know I'll burn it off throughout the day. At lunch, I would snack on lots of veggies and drink my vanilla/or chocolate YOR Shake + YOR Fiber Plus + Lemon BARE Oils + vitamins. At dinner, I still consumed anything that I wanted but smaller portions of food. I take the YOR Ultra Digest to break down the food in my stomach after my meals. Before every meals, I would take 2 YOR Super Slim. I would take another YOR Probiotics+ YOR Ultra Repair before going to bed. I take plenty of vitamins to help strengthen my bones. I drink lots of YOR Berry Blast to boost my energy. I also drink YOR Muscle Energy to feed my muscles.
My main goal is to become mentally and physically stronger than I was yesterday because it empower myself to do more in life such as having more energy and time to spend with my friends/family. I'd love to also open up the door for others to do the same as well. I dedicate at least 1-2hrs each day to exercise. Staying active and doing exercises daily is my ultimate stress reliever.
I am glad to say that I am at the highest point of my life today by loving and putting myself first. I graduated at my heaviest 54kg (120ibs), and lost 5kg (10ibs) over one year by myself. I entered the 8-week challenge at 50kg (110ibs), and lost 2kg (5ibs) within a short amount of time. I haven't hit the results that I want to see yet, but will continue to push forward to achieve my ultimate goal of becoming more lean and toned.
Along with what Mother Nature has to offer, I am incredibly grateful and thankful for Yor Health's products and services. I was already a person full of characters but being a part of YOR Health I became an even more characteristic person. I'd definitely invite all my friends/family to Live Bare and enter the 8-Week Challenge. The Live Bare movement and the challenge, it made me raise my game in doing the things that I'd never thought I truly could do. As cliche as this may sounds, know that your existence is precious. It's very important to love yourself and put yourself first. Whatever your big dreams and goals are, make it come alive. Stay determined, consistent, positive, learning, strong and beautiful.
