Hello everyone, I’m name is Gabriel Navarro, and almost three years I suffered a long time morbid obesity disease. My weight was 292 lbs. at that time and starting this Year 2013 my weight began at 162lbs with the goal of sculpting my body to be fully ripped. Now my current weight is 168 lbs. attaining 92% of lean muscle, but most importantly I feel that the energy and flexibility gained has surpassed my expectations in many ways. I feel grateful and fully blessed for the opportunity to live a much healthier life.
The Products I’ve used in the past eight weeks have been: YOR MRP Chocolate and Vanilla® YOR SuperGreens with NDS® YOR Probiotics Ultra® YOR Repair Ultra® YOR Digest Ultra® and the YOR Fiber Plus® and I’ve combined them with all five groups of foods trying to be as raw as possible.
I take one YOR MRP in the morning with three scoops and 10oz of fresh purified water, one scoop of YOR SuperGreens and one scoop of YOR Fiber Plus, after that I go to work and drink some green or black tea and then eat some oatmeal or Quinoa and one YOR Digest Ultra® by 10am then at noon or one in the afternoon, I have my lunch that its usually a homemade salad and tuna fish or an egg, and some brown rice or sweet potatoes that I really like, all lightly steamed. Then at three or four I like to have some seeds or nuts and dried fruit at work or on the go, that way I keep going with everything super happy :-D. By six to eight I go to the gym and drink another YOR MRP with another three scoops right after the training session. And by the time I get home and relax with my amazing Girlfriend Alicia, we prepare exciting new dishes every day that we find in the YOR Health Facebook link or from friends and family that calls us or make good suggestions to include in out plates.
My exercise/training had to be performed at the WAC of Milwaukee do to the cold weather conditions, so I had to combine my free time and attain my goals by training as follows:
• I asked for a personal trainer to work with me Twice a week, half hour trainings for two months, specifically on TRX and Kettlebels as well as other items for Ripped sessions. Megan Hamm from the Wisconsin Athletic Club measured my body for a specific change in two months. I’m very excited to receive the results tomorrow. These clases were Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s
• I also went to YOGA Class with Janice Sindic on Tuesday’s and Thursdays, to relax my mind and soul.
I wanted to do more cardio and weights during this eight week challenge; however I know that I will have more time to do so as the year goes by and every contest is open, I will not rest or give up in my transformation. In the meantime I continue to receive calls, emails and messages from people all over the world wanting to learn more about my transformation and lifestyle. As I said before, I’m so grateful and blessed for what YOR Health has given for me and many other people. We all have the opportunity to share happiness, help others and accept the change that surrounds us that eventually will change ourselves.
Now I feel that my life has entirely changed, I want to thank many important people that continue to be unconditional mentors: Dennis Wong, Michael Mo, Azya and Cus, and my uplines Rene and Sam for always teaching us to succeed in life, to my son Daniel that I miss so much, and even though he lives in Mexico and I cannot be with him often enough, I admire his courage and strength. And to my soul mate Alicia that is always there for me, I really want to grow old with her, she’s a keeper :-D and everyone, thank you all, you make me want to be a better human being.
