Hi all,my name is Troy Bourne from Western Australia. It was only by chance that i became a part of the YOR challenge. I came across an advert that led me to a friend from a while back who had been involved with the business and soon enough i was in.
After turning 50 and jumping on the scales made me realize that my weight was starting to get out of control and really needed to make the change.That's when my sponsor gave me the info, i looked it over and then got started. Originally i was at 118kg but did not start the challenge until i was at 115kg. I have set my goal weight at 95kg and have given myself 6 months to get there.
Doing the challenge was at best an extra challenge as i work aboard a vessel at sea for 2 weeks at a time with day shift and night shift so my fasting periods varied somewhat and sometimes stretching out to 20+ hours and it is also physically demanding work. Sometimes i had to stretch out my eating period by an hour to help keep my energy up.
My Routine was as follows:
wake up started at 5.30 with 200ml of water with a few drops of organic lemon oil and ACV. Stretches and resistance band exercises and planking. Then the YOR greens and fibre with a touch of berry blast around 6.30 and 2 slimming tablets.
lunch mostly consisted of large salads with a small amount of meat, ultra digest before meal and 2 slimming tablets after. Dinner was varied with crackers and topping the usual or a small bowl of the chef prepared lunches.
After work i pushed myself into the gym for a minimum of 30 mins daily with only light cardio. The only real issue i had was the last 2 weeks of the challenge i had some injury issues which kept me from exercising. Just before bed i would take an ultra repair and a probiotic.
Overall i am ecstatic with my results, the increased energy and the comments from work mates and family.
