Hello everyone, my name is Isabella Leyesa.
I am so thankful that I was introduced to the Yor Best Body 8 Week Challenge as it has not only changed how I look and feel but it has also motivated me to live a much healthier lifestyle.
Before starting this challenge I had very minimal knowledge on health and fitness. My partner and I were always eating out and getting take away on a regular basis, as well as not being committed to exercising. My weight was starting to creep up on me and not only myself but my family and friends began to notice the negative changes on my body and how I was't really looking after my wellbeing. Being the daughter of a personal trainer, it was quite embarrassing attending family events to not only get starred at but also receive negative comments on how larger I looked. I would feel terrible and absolutely hate myself for it.
The Yor Health products have helped me so much in reaching my goal to lose weight. In the past i had never used any health products to maintain my health, so I am so happy to see amazing results with the Yor Health products.
Every morning before starting my day I would have my Super Greens blend:
1x 700mL Water
1x Sachet of YOR Berry Blast
1x Sachet of YOR Supergreens
2x Scoops of YOR Fibre Plus
Along with the drink, I would take:
1x YOR Super Slim
1x YOR Probiotic
Within the first week I already noticed I had more energy throughout the day and also wasn't constantly craving for food.
For every gym session I would have:
1x 700mL Water
1x Sachet of YOR Berry Blast
Along with;
1x YOR Super Slim
For lunch, along with a light healthy meal I'd take:
1x YOR Digest Ultra
2x YOR Essential Vitamins
For a snack:
1x Cup of mixed fruit with;
1x 700mL water
2x Scoops of YOR Shake (Chocolate)
For Dinner, along with a nutritious meal (No Carbs), I'd take:
1x YOR Digest Ultra
2x YOR Essential Vitamins
Optional: if I was not feeling hungry for a big meal for dinner, I'd just make a YOR Shake and have it as a meal replacement.
By having a regular routine of healthy eating + YOR Health supplements + Exercising 5 - 6 days per week = It has led me to live a better lifestyle and has boosted my confidence by far. But I am only just getting started and can not wait to push myself further.
